Schedule sending of validation emails for Workplace Administrators
Schedule auto-sending of validation email(s) to Workplace Administrators filtered by specific locations and org units.
Currently, a Property staff member needs to push out emails to Workplace Admins manuallly via Profile Administrator. It relies on a human to do this on a timely manner. Automating this helps the client save time and focus on non-validated teams and unresponsive Workplace Administrators.51 votes -

When I add a person to a space, the system should automatically assign that space to the person's cost center - particularly within Workplace.

More Information When Searching People in Workplace Admin
When searching for a person to add as a Workplace Administrator to a team in 3.0, the search function doesn't provide much clarity on details of a person and two people with the same name may be indistinguishable.
When searching for people in v2.6 there was Job Title and Org Unit provided and an additional pop-up information card that was displayed when hovering a person, the addition of something along these lines would be very helpful in searching and selecting intended people.

Add the option to view Workplace allocation by Org Unit levels
Currently Workplace will show allocations by Teams.
I have a large number of teams on each floor, created based on my occupant. As a result, I have teams with only a handful of occupants, sometimes only 1 person.
I would like the option to view my occupants at an org unit level so I do not have to go into each individual team to validate.
If it's by org unit level, much like the grouping in VBS, I can review all occupants and click 'Validate' only once for all. This will make validation smooth and easier for my workplace administrators.

Increase the amount viewable per page for Workplace Administration
Currently the limit for viewing Workplace Administrators defaults to 20/page and can only be increased to a maximum amount of 100/page. Previously you were able to view all workplace administrators and furthermore select all of them in one go. This allowed you to send out emails far easier to all users in one go, where selecting all at the moment only highlights all users on the page. This feature would be great as it reduces the time in sending out mass emails and also prevent users being missed in mass emails. Alternatively, the option to select all across all pages…

Workplace Portal - See Meeting Room Labels
Toggle on/off labels for all space types, not just occupiable space (i.e. we'd like to be able to see the meeting room space numbers)

Hide teams in the 'Workplace Admin' list if the building is disabled in Workplace
The Workplace Admin list should exclude/hide teams that belong to a building that has been set to NOT show in Workplace. This is causing the Workplace Admin list to be cluttered with teams from buildings that are not using Workplace validation.

Restrict adding person to Teams above target ratio & share link to raise New Service Request
We should have the ability to configure the restriction of adding people to teams above a target ratio.
If a team goes above a target ratio whilst being validated in the Workplace Module, the Workplace Administrator should get a message advising as such and asked to be redirected to the Raise New Service Request to:
a) raise a growth, relocation or consolidation, etc, request or
b) if their team allocation is wrong, for the allocation to be corrected in VBS.5 votes
