Maintenance Management
As a service desk administrator, I'd like to be able to handle maintenance workflow through service requests. This is like general service request management, but focused on maintenance items which may include outsourcing work, vendor management, some contracts, and links to invoices.
Maintenance workflows may also include auto-routing to different service providers based on the request type or location, handling costs including estimated and actual costs, scheduling work, escalating work if the SLA is not met, and tying work to assets.
