Login Timeout Pop-Up
It would be nice to have a pop-up window to let you know you are about to be logged out, or to remind you that you need to log back into the system. I've had occasions where I come back to Serraview to upload a drawing without realizing I've been logged out. It would be nice to know in advance or to be able to continue your session by performing activity within Serraview. Add secured action for some of the options under the Help menu
This should be a Secured Action to access UserVoice/Request a Feature or Community or Support through the Help Menu.
In addition, perhaps the Support link could be customizable to lead the User to the appropriate place.

Adjustments to new Resources & Admin Settings Modules
In the proposed new structure of Serraview modules, some items are placed into categories that don’t seem to make sense. Below are my proposed changes to the structure:
Move “User Security” to Admin Settings > System Configuration. "User Security" is an action that is protected and given to a special role to ensure all users are approved before granting access.
Move Org Hierarchy, Space Types and Bulk Updates to Resources. These actions are commonly accessed by various roles for the work they perform and not as restricted.7 votes -
Customise automatic emails when people's access is changed via Workplace Admin
At the moment every time we create or change someone’s access it results in the person receiving unnecessary emails. Additionally when creating account we don’t always want to send out the invitation straight away due to outstanding training etc ad we don’t want them having access until the appropriate time. Are we able to make the email function in Workplace admin manual?

Streamlined deployment for Serraview
As a buyer of Serraview, I'd like as smooth and quick of a deployment as possible. The product should support a "DIY Deployment"when possible as well. Some ideas include:
- streamlined export/import process with fewer columns (just the key ones)
- self-help configuration with just the necessary options

Booking window in days not weeks
The booking window is currently in weeks, meaning if the window is 1 week, and it's Friday and you're looking at your plan for next week, you can only book as far as Thursday. I can't put in 1.1 weeks for example, so it would be helpful for the setting to be in days instead of weeks to be able to accommodate this.

Inactivity Logout Warning
It would be helpful if there was a popup window that said "You are about to be signed out due to inactivity, would you like to stay logged in for (the time out setting) another 30 minutes?" Also, if you could make the browser tab or minimized browser flash to get the users attention. Then after a few minutes if the users doesn't do anything, the popup would change to say: "You have been logged out due to inactivity, please click ok to refresh your browser". Include progress bar for Snapshots
When creating a manual Snapshot, a message appears instantly saying "The snapshot was successfully created", but the snapshot will not actually be completed for some time afterward. It would be great if there was a progress bar indicating what stage of creation the Snapshot is at, similar to Scenario Plan.
