  1. Merge Org Units / Cost Centres

    As a Serraview Client Administrator,
    I would like to be able to merge OrgUnits
    So that I can better manage the OrgUnit Hierarchy and Orphan OrgUnits.

    Currently, there is no way to merge Org Units via the UI; you can only move them under new parents, delete them, or move Orphans to Unknown.
