Search for Workplace groups
Clients utilizing Workplace Groups will need their employees to be able to search for seated workplace groups. Otherwise, in offices that have multiple floors in a building, it will be very difficult for employees to know where to find different groups.

Bulk Update/delete employees in WPG (workplace groups) via SFTP
As an admin I want to be able to update employees in a workplace group(s) by uploading them via SFTP so that I can avoid to remove people manually from WPG.
Note: Currently only adding employees into a WPG is supported.

Dynamic WPG updates
Workplace groups that have entire departments/teams assigned to them should update dynamically as employees are added/removed to that Department/Team in the integrated HR system. Without this dynamic update, we have to update the WPG manually to make sure we're capturing any changes. WPG are the only way we have to allocate multiple teams to a hoteling desk (but not the full Department)

Viewer access to check their Workplace Group allocation
When a Viewer role selects their name, could a field be added to show their Workplace Group(s). Currently only the employee name, title, department, contact and space code are shown.
This is an important element for a large cohort of our employees.1 vote -

Add employees to workplace groups by email
As an admin I want the ability to add an employee to a workplace group by searching for them by email. Currently only their name is supported.
