Reservation rule quick look
I would love it if I could hover my mouse over a workstation (or select it) and see if there are any reservation rules associated with it. Right now I have to go into the rules menu. This would be really convenient.

Show conf room names on My Reservations screen
I would like to be able to see the room name on the My Reservations screen. The phone app has this feature however the web app does not. This will make reviewing conf room reservations more manageable.

Multi-select for room reservations
As a general suggestion, there should be functionality that would allow for multi-select for desk reservations. There could be admins that have a need to book multiple desks and it would be much more efficient for admins to book multiple desks at a time instead of one by one.

Allow all users to see who has reserved station
Can we make it so all Eptura users can hover over a workstation (in Reservations/Space Availability) and see who reserved it? Right now only admins can do that. It would be useful for everyone on our system to be able to see the names.

Default Reservation Time custom setting
Default Reservation Time: we would like to have the ability to set the default Reservation time, based on buildings /Centers/Space Type. Example: I want to set the Workstation to Full day event by default for the USA location, California Center, Building1

One rule creation/update for multiple spaces in same area
It would be great to be able to create and update the reservation rules that are the same for multiple offices/workstations/meeting rooms in the same area at once. Rather than having to create separate rules for each office/workstation/meeting room if they are all the same anyway.

Reservation Rules by Allocation Category
Reservation Rules are difficult to manage when using include users. Thee are two items that would make this easier:
1. allow users to be added based on an allocation category and level. For example, I should be able to select Allocation Category = Manager Hierarchy and Level =L2 = 'Manager Name'. All users assigned to this Manger Name would always be associated. This would support new hires and transfers.- There is no way to export users included in a rule. Managing these rules becomes difficult if I want to compare large lists. There needs to be a way to export…

Administrator has ability to override rules
Want to be able to create local site administrators that aren't restricted by the rules of the location. For example, a site only allows a desk to be booked 5 days in advance but the local administrator needs to book for a client visit the following month .

When we reload the page, it doesn't stay on the same one; instead, it resets everything... We need to discover a method that allows us to refresh the page while remaining on the current page, rather than losing all the data and having to re-enter all the information again.

Clients would like to be able to set desks to reservable on specific date schedule. Example: reservable on Mon- Wed Friday.
Clients would like to set reservability on a schedule. Make desks reservable on Mon/Wed/Friday for example, or on Tues/ Thursday only.

searching reservations - hold building/floor
when editing or removing a reservation because of an availability change (reservable to assigned for example), could the building/floor/station remain the same instead of defaulting back to original view?

Display photos of reservable spaces

I would like to request an enhancement to the reservation module within Eptura Workplace. It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to upload and display photos of reservable spaces. This feature would allow users to view images of the different spaces available before making a reservation, helping them select the option that best suits their specific needs.

Prevent more than one reservation at a time
Add a toggle on and off feature the reservation module that can prevent users from reserving more than one space at a time based on office location.

Allow admins to change the sort of the Building Filter dropdown in Space availability.
Allow admins to change the sort order of the Building Filter dropdown in Space Availability. Or default to the assigned location of the logged in user, so users could more easily find their home office when booking a reservation
