  1. In the current platform implementation, the work week days used by Asset to schedule preventive maintenance (PM) generation are driven by the site operating hours set in Portfolio Manager. These are two distinct concepts that should be independently configurable.

  3. When a request is sent in via email to request, the attachments need to be uploaded to the request portal. It is difficult to implement the request portal to a college campus, publishing the email to request email works great however, none of the attachments make it into the request portal.

  4. From the WO list view, clients currently have the ability to print multiple WO's. However, they do not have the ability to print multiple WO's with attachments. In the legacy version of ManagerPlus, there was an option to "print selected with attachments". Currently, if clients want to print attachments with their work orders, they have to go into the WO details, print the WO, and then print the attachments separately.

  8. An enterprise client is requesting Eptura Asset expand the limit of 1200 unique parts on a Cycle Count. This enterprise client needs to upload 8K unique parts in the template. Currently, there is a limit of 1200 unique parts in Lightning/Eptura Asset. In Classic/legacy version of Eptura Asset, clients could upload 5K+ unique parts at a time.

  9. Many enterprise clients are requesting greater granularity be added to security roles. For example, labor codes need to be added by site. However, the enterprise Administrators cannot allow end users to have access to site settings; therefore, the responsibility to update labor codes per site is given back to the Admins. This is one of countless examples.

  10. Currently, updating a part’s price requires removing it from inventory and then re‑adding it with the new price. This process is time‑consuming and highly inefficient—especially for organizations that have recently migrated from Hippo to Eptura, as well as new customers whose part prices were not carried over during data migration. In these cases, users are forced to remove all existing parts and re‑enter them into inventory simply to update pricing.

Consider the workload for organizations with more than 1,000 parts. This effectively becomes a project of its own. Given that most organizations easily maintain well over 1,000 parts in their…

  11. Eptura has the ability to upload new items. However, it would be very helpful to be able to upload changes to existing items, such as description updates, associated vendors, on hand quantity, etc. Manually having to edit each item takes a lot of time.

  12. You could better group the service tasks for the need. For example, if you have service tasks for PMs and repairs, you could group them accordingly under the class.

Please see screen shot as an example.

  13. Newest update to Asset has changed the filter in the Assigned column to not only list the people assigned to work orders but also requesters, who do not get assigned, and old employees set as inactive. That makes for a long list to scroll through. Return the function to only list in the check box drop down the names currently assigned to work orders.

  14. I wasn't sure where else to notify someone about this. If I create a work order which contributes to the downtime of an asset, the start and end time of the down time is rarely correct because we can't mark it on a computer while we're fixing it. As such we often have to go back and manually change the start/end time of down time on an asset in a work order. When I do that, it seems to track the correct amount of time, which is good, but visually it still shows the original date of when the downtime…

  16. Any user with admin rights should be able to edit a scheduled report, not just the person who created it. If we have a user that is absent, the report has to be rescheduled just to be edited.

  18. The legacy versions of Eptura Asset had an Audit Module. Please add an Audit Module to the current version of Eptura Asset. Enterprise clients need the ability to know who modified a field in Eptura Asset for training purposes, for example.

  19. In the legacy versions of Eptura Asset, including Classic, there was a Log Module, which allowed end users to update/edit log entries in a timely manner and in one location. Currently logs can be updated in several areas in Eptura Asset, and logs/meters are stored within the Asset Details. For example, logs/meters can be updated on a Work Order and on an Inspection. However, if Logs/Meters need to be updated, this would need to be done manually in the Asset Details. The Log/Meter Import Tool is wonderful for importing logs in mass; however, many client request the ability to view/manage/update…

  20. Currently, the number of contact fields available in the Vendor Module is inadequate. Legacy versions of Eptura Asset, such as Classic, permitted additional fields. For example, client may have several contacts for the same Vendor. Additionally, there needs to be multiple phone number fields - one field for the Vendor's corporate number and additional fields for the client's cell number. This request is repeated frequently by many clients.
