Sorting custom fields in reception dashboard
In the Reception dashboard, there is no way to sort custom fields. For example, we have a custom field to record the visitor access card number. This will vastly improve the efficiency given we have thousands of visitors per day.

Must have features
1.There should be an ability to customise the approval. For example, only go through approval if user has selected from the custom field " drop down list "Additional Access"
Ability to select which visitor type should get remote registration request. For example, we do not want our standard visitors to get this request, but we contractors should so that they have the ability to upload their RAMs.
A live chat function that users can use to chat directly to reception

Regarding the notes of watchlist and modifying the user rights for watchlist
This is regarding the watchlist alert which shows on the dashboard and the user rights related to the watchlist.
1.) Client have requested for the feature to be added on the visitor dashboard for the watchlist alerts, where the notes of the watchlist should also be visible on the dasboard too as of now it is only visible in the watchlist alerts email.
2.) There should be modification in the user rights for the watchlist, where right to view and manage the watchlist should be separated, means the ability to delete the enteries in the watchlist should be a separate…
