  1. Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
    Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.

  2. Automatically stop desks being booked when people are booking rooms.
    Can you please make the option available? We are using Intelligent booking and the system is booking desks when people are booking rooms, we want to stop this as these people may stay only few minutes in the office and don't need a desk.

  3. When someone cancels their booking in Engage their status still shows as "in the office". Please have the system automatically change this to "Remote" or "booking cancelled" ?

  4. We would love to have the capability of having an email reminder the day before a booking.
    This email would have a link to confirm or cancel a booking ahead of time, to free up space in case a user changes their mind and is no longer coming into the office.

    This is particulary useful with locations that have space constraints and will allow the location to free up space the day before. Ideally we would like to configure the day/time of when this email reminder is sent.

  5. Hi Team,

    This is regarding Search Functionality.

    Ability to search for bookings by room only or building, without requiring VC ID, meeting title, host name, requestor name, or attendee name.

  7. Wir benötigen eine Option, die verhindert, dass Nutzer nach Tagesbeginn (ab 00:00 Uhr oder ab Startzeit der Buchung) Parkplatzbuchungen stornieren oder freigeben können. Ziel: verlässliche Nutzungserfassung, konsistente Reports und korrekte monatliche Abrechnung.
    Problem

    Parkplätze sind abrechnungsrelevant.
    Nutzer können trotz Nutzung am Morgen die Buchung am selben Tag löschen → die Buchung verschwindet aus Monatsreports → keine Verrechnung möglich → finanzielle Abweichungen.
    Bestehende Optionen (Check‑in/Auto‑Release/Fixed Desk) lösen den Parking‑Use‑Case nicht.

    Konfigurierbare Sperre auf Ressourcen‑, Gruppen‑ oder Systemebene:

  8. Our location has individual offices that can be used both as regular workstations and as meeting rooms. Currently, however, only one type of use can be selected per room in the booking system (workstation or meeting room).
    We propose implementing an extended function in the system that allows both types of use to be mapped. Specifically, we would like

    • Individual offices can be defined as a workplace and a meeting room at the same time.

    • If the workplace is booked in such a room, the room should be automatically blocked for meeting bookings during the same period (and vice versa).

  9. It should be made possible to create team reservations for multiple teams. We are involved in various types of teams, and currently, it's only possible to make reservations for one team. For example, I work as an assistant and should be able to make team reservations for multiple teams, but this is not currently possible. It should also be possible to make reservations for teams one is not personally a part of.

  10. Sometimes I need to block off a space to prevent future reservations but I still want to be able to see current reservations for that space.
    If I have to ask people to cancel or move their reservations to free up the space and if the space is no longer reservable I can't see if they've done this.

  11. Can we have a function where we can release desks for users to book at 10am. So we would like it everyday at 10am the desks become available to pour users for the 2nd day in advance. I am happy to have a call to discuss this

  12. Under the hourly booking model, the "Find My Team" feature no longer allows you to see which specific desk your colleagues are booked into. As a result, employees in our organisation know their team members are on-site but have no idea where they are located.
    The all‑day booking model provided additional granularity and showed the specific desk(s) colleagues were booked into, making it easy to find them.
    Can this please be added to the hourly booking model as well?

  13. The hourly booking model does not let you specify on which day new resources can be released. It allows you to specify a time but this is hardcoded to release on Sundays (I believe Engage treats this as the first day of the week). The all day booking model allowed you to nominate a specific day for release. Can this please be added to the hourly booking model as well?

  14. Add an option to exclude specific days of the week (e.g. all Mondays of the year) from the booking grid, like the weekends. It only supports continuous date range and does not allow for weekly recurring schedules.

  16. From the point of view of "usability", it would still be possible to optimise the "Quick search", not only by filtering to one (1) floor (floor), but also by searching for all or which can be individually selected (e.g. floor 1 and floor 2) - similar to how I can select AM and/or PM.
    At the moment you have to return to the output filter mask again and then explicitly filter another "floor" (floor).

  17. In advanced booking can we get the tick box of Include weekends to work when it is under a 7 day booking.

    Currently our site wants to allow a 2 day advance booking because when it is on 7 the users just book way in advanced and do not release the desks which effects us negativley.

    But when we have it set to 2 days on thursday we are meant to be able to book the following monday but because of the weekend it doesn't go that far ahead. So on thursday we can't boopk anything later than saturday. Even…

  18. We are using the personal space all day feature a lot for desk booking. We got many locations as well. These locations have different requirements to openings hours and days. It would be of great value if we could choose opening hours on a Location level. It would also be great if we could permanently close specific days in the week for booking.

    Right now I am using a work around to close days throughout a year.

  20. In “Find your Team” we can filter by default roles (e.g., Fire Marshal, First Aider), but filters for custom roles are not available.

    We recently created a custom role called “Security Officer” (German: “Sicherheitsbeauftragter”). Users can be assigned to this role successfully, but it cannot be used as a filter in “Find your Team”.

    • Expected behavior: All roles assigned to users — including tenant-specific custom roles — are available as filter criteria in “Find your Team” on both web and mobile.

    • Actual behavior: Only default, system-provided roles appear as filter options.
