Can't agree more : it would be great to have an application parameter specifying which layers to display in Workplace (GROS & RM being the minimum).
Especially on mobile devices, too many drawing layers displayed lie heavy on the performance and user experience.
I'm only referring to Workplace (not WebCentral where selecting layer is usually easy to achieve).
