Agreed - we tried to change the check in to a day before reminder but the system won't allow us. The time needs to be changeable - for example 48 hours may confuse some members, we want it to be at 3pm the day before.

The last accessed column also is unable to differentiate between the last time that the person logged into the back end of SV to do admin, or if they just opened up Engage for instance to book a desk, or locate a colleague. The report needs to show the difference in order to be helpful in deactivating non-required admin accounts.

Ability to block book desks certain days of the week for project teams to get together, but not all the time, only certain set times, outside of the booking window - e.g. we have a group that will need to come together for the next few years but only on a Wednesday.
