Logs creation / History : Should be able to identified Admin user when creating Country, Region, Location, Resource, Group etc.

Automatic check in, not just in home location.
Dear Condeco, we would like to propose to change the possibility to use the auto check in, not just in a home location of a user, but also in each other location, where the automatic check in is allowed.
Via that automatic check in, I mean the setup of GEO check in in Condeco.

Non default group restrictions - additional setup for VIP's
Dear Condeco, we need an additional solution to extend the Non default group restrictions setup or change the user profile setup as it is described below.
Currently you can set that function Non default group restrictions for everybody, but we need a solution, where a setup can be made just for a specific person.

Add the "Your Team" feature from Mobile app. to Web app.
Dear Condeco, we would like to propose an idea, the Your Team feature available on Mobile app, to have also in the Web application. Lot of our users thinks this is a great feature, but as not all of them are using mobile phones, they cannot use that feature and it will help them on daily basis. Thank you.

Make "Rest Password" easy to the employees - Removal of memorable word and adding OTP triggered to their email.
Dear Condeco, its been observed in recent times lot of employees are raising a concern that they are not able to reset their password on their own and are reaching out to the global admins to reset at the backend.
Currently employees can reset their password only if they remember memorable word, but generally people do tend to forget both their main password as well as the memorable word. Handicap services provided by Condeco
Dear Condeco, we would like to propose to extend the User service in Condeco, also by other services related to Handicap solutions.
Example, when somebody has to find an elevator than it will be shown on the Floorplan (direct space and also via arrows, where to find it from a specific location). When somebody needs an escalator, it will be visible on floorplan.

'Find a colleague' on mobile application not only displays where your colleague is present but also allows you to book a desk next to your colleague.

Ability to export Legacy Reports

Requests Section to be re-designed wrt Condeco-Exchange Synch
We do know that there is dependency when it comes around Condeco-Exchange setup and that's why requests which gets initiated for rooms which is part of approval process should be very clear. Now suppose rooms which is requested via Exchange interface (Restricted Group) are being suggested to get approved /rejected on ORF side by respective delegate . But then why those also gets reflected on Condeco Web end as superusers are generally setup on Condeco portal side as well. Location filter for Groups in Administration
Unlike most admin fields when reviewing groups there is no filtering per location. this makes it sometimes difficult to view only the relevant groups for that location/region.

Description Field when Personal Space Status Changes
When our Facilities Department closes a desk (due to broken equipment, etc.) we would like them to be able to track the reason for the closure for better management of those desks, and then edit/update that Description field once the desk is able to reopen.

Reports having 2 enteries am and pm
Dear Condeco,

Disable Meeting Spaces on Condeco Portal
As an admin, I must have the ability to disable the 'meeting space' functionality on the Condeco Portal without impacting the ability for my users to continue reservations via their outlook calendar, so that users are not presented with conflicting experiences while booking a conference room.

Book a personal space: All | None feature, make it available for users
Dear Condeco, we would like to suggest to change a feature available in Condeco under Book a personal space.
When a person has Admin rights, under Book a personal space there is an option to select all the days once or none of them (feature All | None).
This is not available for the users.
We propose to have it available also for the users as it is a friendly user function in Condeco and the users will like it at all.
It will be helpful for all the users.

Ability to set default booking group via external group mapping feature
Ability to set default booking group via external group mapping feature. As we are using multiple AAD groups for syncing users and permisisons with SCIM to Condeco it would be very benefitial if we could at least define via External group mapping feature , and here the mapping profiles, the default booking group for users. Currently it is no possible to define the default booking group when a user gets permission for multiple groups from multiple groups.

Keep search when clicking back in Browser
Currently when you are searching and you click into a resource, clicking back in your browser completely resets the search criteria. This is very annoying when you are looking at rooms to make changes

Ability to change permissions within a Group for all members as a bulk action
At present if you want to change user permissions within a Group (i.e permission to see other people's bookings) you have to do this for each user individually. A bulk action would be helpful here please. I have groups with over 100 individuals allocated to them
