  1. This will help with troubleshooting as sometimes problem-solving can take a day or two

    When you are set up as a Global Admin and trying to work on a users Account it would be good to not need the keep the user hanging around to try different things.

    The ability to impersonate a User account and work on the issue in the background to try different steps to resolve the issue.

  2. The app does not prompt a user by sending them a message or pop up a reminder that they have a desk booked for that day and that they need to check in/self -certify.

    Can this be implemented to assist with ensuring users complete the self-certification and access to a workspace.

  3. Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
    We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. It also allows us to know who to inform when accident changes happen

  4. Room Booking confirmation/notification to be sent as HTML or Rich Text format to make it look more professional.

    We want to add company logo and formatted text to emphasize important information.

    We want to include important web links such as office location.

    We also want to include some infographics in the email if possible.

  5. We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

  6. A major blocker for a large portion of our company from using this is the inability to make recurring desk bookings. I know that a desk can be made "flexi", and released for others, but we have a situation where a group of, say, 50, is given 15 desks, and each person comes in 1 or 2 days a week.

    eg:
    John has desk 1001 on Mon/Tues
    Sam has desk 1001 on Wed
    David has desk 1001 on Thurs/Fri

  7. Provider better information within the booking summary.

    Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.

    The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in

    Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

  8. Not all email templates are customisable.

    For example, the activation of a suspended user cannot be customised. This causes significant issues for SSO customers because the URL and instructions cause more confusion.

  11. While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

  12. There should be an option to turn off time out when admin users are not interacting with the web portal.

    Currently when an admin user is away from the desk for over 30 mins, the user is forced to close the connection and relogin which can be time consuming if a user needs to find info quickly from the portal.

  14. In our organisation, booking meetings rooms on the weekend is prohibited and we would like to avoid users thinking this is the case.

    To make this easy to administrate, we should be able to clearly mark holidays in the settings. It would be optimal if the system could do this based on your region with the ability to adjust manually

  15. Recommendation feature for both 'Quick room search' and 'Find a Room'

    How it works:
    If there's no room available based on inputted search parameter(s), show the next best alternative date/time slots

    Reason:
    Meeting rooms, especially training rooms, in our organization is a scarce commodity.
    While it's possible to rely on e.g. advanced grid, it's much more efficient and convenient if the system can directly list alternatives upfront

  16. Currently, we get an email telling us that the room has been bumped because it wasn't started from the screen.

    We would like a reminder that it is about to be bumped unless we start it from a screen

    The meeting organizer would then have the chance to check in before the room is released.

  17. Different colour for booked tables with dogs.

    Add another question when booking a table that allows you to also check in your dog. Colleagues can see which table has been booked (grey) and which person has also brought their dog to work (e.g. yellow).
    This would be very helpful for people who are afraid of dogs or have allergies and want to stay away from tables with dogs.

  19. Currently the option is to Filter by AM/PM when running the report from the application, or Use Filters in Excel from the data provided. Whole Day functionality is not available and client is requesting this feature be added.
