Setting Max Capacity
Client wants to be able to set a maximum capacity for reservations per day, so once we meet our reservation limit the system no longer allows for reservations

Excellent suggestion. We have events that are very popular and setting a capacity limit would assist in over booking and disappointed users.

Can you please add a feature to cap the total number of people allowed in the building, which when reached stops anyone else booking a desk, meeting space or new visitor.

This would be useful rather than having to close desk to accommodate capacity restrictions.

This would be useful for Asia where some Government guidelines only allow a certain number of staff to work in the office at anyone time. Therefore where there are a large number of bookable desks, once the maximum number of staff have booked desks, no further desks can be booked. This allows for better collaborative working, than just closing off desks/areas.

  1) The ability to set an overall capacity in percentage so that no additional bookings are allowed once the threshold is met.
2) Should an employee did not check-in to their booked resources, the restriction will be lifted, and employees are allowed to book their desire resources until the threshold is met before it is disabled again.
3) The dynamic capacity management should take into consideration of all resource types (Desk/Room) and even Desk Types (Bookable, Flexi, and Fixed).
