  1. The app does not prompt a user by sending them a message or pop up a reminder that they have a desk booked for that day and that they need to check in/self -certify.

    Can this be implemented to assist with ensuring users complete the self-certification and access to a workspace.

  2. A major blocker for a large portion of our company from using this is the inability to make recurring desk bookings. I know that a desk can be made "flexi", and released for others, but we have a situation where a group of, say, 50, is given 15 desks, and each person comes in 1 or 2 days a week.

    eg:
    John has desk 1001 on Mon/Tues
    Sam has desk 1001 on Wed
    David has desk 1001 on Thurs/Fri

    Can a modification be made where these bookings can be set up to keep recurring each week, either indefinitely or for…

  4. Different colour for booked tables with dogs.

    Add another question when booking a table that allows you to also check in your dog. Colleagues can see which table has been booked (grey) and which person has also brought their dog to work (e.g. yellow).
    This would be very helpful for people who are afraid of dogs or have allergies and want to stay away from tables with dogs.

  7. Client wants to be able to set a maximum capacity for reservations per day, so once we meet our reservation limit the system no longer allows for reservations

  10. Notify users of pending Self-Certification via mobile phone application notifications. Users would receive a application notification that they must self-certify if self-certification is enabled at their location. Currently the user has to remember to open his app and self-certify, a push notification would help remind them. When the user clicks on the notification, it takes them to the self-certification page where they can self-certify. Thanks.

  11. Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

  13. Can Condeco an provide an automated warning message, when we have reached 'desk booked' capacity, to say that no desks are available and please do not visit the office? Possibly also alerting site leads? For example if we only have 90 desks available to book each day an alert it sent when we reached that number?

  14. It would be ideal if past bookings were available on the desk grid.
    (Similar to to meeting room grid)
    Currently once a date has passed the booking disappears and the only to check for past bookings is to run a report.

  16. At the moment if you aren’t successful in booking a desk for particular times in the future, you have to go back and check periodically to see whether people have released their desks, but it’s very time consuming and manual.

    I wondered whether there could be some sort of ‘waiting list’ functionality set up whereby you can request a desk for your area for particular times and then as desks are released (due to cancellations) you receive a notification? Would save us from logging back on repeatedly etc.

  17. Not all offices have the space to reshuffle desks to create more distance in between colleagues. Would like to have a first-come first-served feature when someone books a desk, the desk to the left, right and front gets auto closed. I.e. others cannot book in the near proximity of a booked desk. Adjacent desks are already part of the build, so it should be easy to build up on it.

  19. Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.
