  1. This will help with troubleshooting as sometimes problem-solving can take a day or two

    When you are set up as a Global Admin and trying to work on a users Account it would be good to not need the keep the user hanging around to try different things.

    The ability to impersonate a User account and work on the issue in the background to try different steps to resolve the issue.

  2. Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
    We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. It also allows us to know who to inform when accident changes happen

  3. Room Booking confirmation/notification to be sent as HTML or Rich Text format to make it look more professional.

    We want to add company logo and formatted text to emphasize important information.

    We want to include important web links such as office location.

    We also want to include some infographics in the email if possible.

  4. Provider better information within the booking summary.

    Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.

    The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in

    Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

  5. We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

  6. A major blocker for a large portion of our company from using this is the inability to make recurring desk bookings. I know that a desk can be made "flexi", and released for others, but we have a situation where a group of, say, 50, is given 15 desks, and each person comes in 1 or 2 days a week.

    eg:
    John has desk 1001 on Mon/Tues
    Sam has desk 1001 on Wed
    David has desk 1001 on Thurs/Fri

  7. Not all email templates are customisable.

    For example, the activation of a suspended user cannot be customised. This causes significant issues for SSO customers because the URL and instructions cause more confusion.

    Allow for the customization of ALL possible emails coming from Condeco.,

  9. While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

  10. Recommendation feature for both 'Quick room search' and 'Find a Room'

    How it works:
    If there's no room available based on inputted search parameter(s), show the next best alternative date/time slots

    Reason:
    Meeting rooms, especially training rooms, in our organization is a scarce commodity.
    While it's possible to rely on e.g. advanced grid, it's much more efficient and convenient if the system can directly list alternatives upfront

  11. In our organisation, booking meetings rooms on the weekend is prohibited and we would like to avoid users thinking this is the case.

    To make this easy to administrate, we should be able to clearly mark holidays in the settings. It would be optimal if the system could do this based on your region with the ability to adjust manually

  13. Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc

    This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms

    Example:
    1. Feedback Email / form to be sent our once the meeting is over.
    2, Feedback form hosted on Condeco screens at the end of the meeting.
    3. Web app sending the feedback form once the meeting is over.

  14. All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.

    In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

    I want to be able to confirm if bookings have been scheduled for an individual for a 12 month period in the past/future.

    This makes it easy to say “These are the dates you scheduled, and these are the rooms you are in”

  16. The problem is that from screen perspective the Setup time counts as Meeting time.

    If the Setup time of a room is defined "15 minutes" and meetings in general are cancelled after 15 minutes without starting them on the screen, they will be cancelled at the moment when the meetings normally start.

    By now the only solution is to set the time after which the meetings are cancelled automatically to e.g. 25 minutes - if a meeting requires a setup time of 30 minutes it will be cancelled all the same.

  18. We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).

    BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.

    The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.

    It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).

    We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible…

  20. I'd like to see Condeco add a mobile app for the Vendor Portal. We have may staff that must stay a ****** of ever-changing room reservations and service needs. Having a mobile app that was designed to display and allow interaction from a smartphone while in the field away from a PC would be very helpful.

    I realize the website can be accessed, but it can be challenging to navigate and use properly on a small phone screen. We find apps, when properly designed, just function better and would in this case benefit or mobile staff helping them to stay…

    We are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.
