  2. Adding a asset library rather then having to attach Manuals multiple times to each similar Assets. Then being able to link that asset to the manual. Helpful with multiple same type, make, and model assets.

  4. We use an open portal for requesters to submit work orders. It would be nice that the requester would receive an update for when a work order is assigned, waiting on parts, completed, etc.

  6. When there are multiple assets using the same maintenance plan, have only one work order generated that includes all the assets on one sheet instead of having a a work order for each asset. Hippo had this feature and it was nice.

  7. When you run an Asset listing, the description filled shows as a data point in the report. When you run an Inspection listing and export that data, the Description field is blank. This information should / needs to populate.

  9. Allow the Parent Child assets to be linked so that you can create a maintenance schedule (PM) or inspections for the parent asset that would then be visible in the child records. Ideally if you were doing the PM or inspection on a mobile device, it would allow you to pick each child and complete the work or inspection.

    Since we do work based on either location, equipment type, or vendor doing the work it would simplify the documentation while still allow the lookup of the information on the child record.

  12. Allow the Qty to be changed on "Add Other Cost" items when they are added to a Purchase order. Some Vendors charge rates for things like installation and it would be beneficial to be able to show that, rather than adding up a total cost.

  17. When completing the "Receiving" portion of the PO it would be helpful if the lines came up in numerical order. Currently, they are displayed in random order. My discussion with the support team indicates that this "Random" order is working as intended. This is cumbersome to my team when we are processing large receipts especially with backorder items.

  19. Have a Work Request Completed Date in open API. Right now the completed date is derived from a Work Order completed date. However if a Request is cancelled/completed without a WO, we have no way to indicate that it's cancelled.

  20. Would like manager plus to have the ability to access the asset details thru the w/o module by clicking on the asset description attached to the w/o. This is helpful to the buyer who may need this info if he/she is ordering parts for the w/o and vendor requests it. Would streamline the process so you wouldn't have to go in/out of screens to gather that info.
