one work order for multiple assets
When there are multiple assets using the same maintenance plan, have only one work order generated that includes all the assets on one sheet instead of having a a work order for each asset. Hippo had this feature and it was nice.

Asset Manual Library
Adding a asset library rather then having to attach Manuals multiple times to each similar Assets. Then being able to link that asset to the manual. Helpful with multiple same type, make, and model assets.

Enhance search functionality with the use of AI
Enhance search bar capability to go beyond workorder number search or keyword. Customers are now accustomed to the mainstream experience of just asking a tool what they are looking for. Sample queries below: Followed up with a secondary question asking if the user would like to visualize this data in a visual form.
“Show me all assets with more than three breakdowns in the past six months.”
“Which vendors have the longest average response time to work orders?”
“What’s the total downtime cost for HVAC systems last quarter?”
“Which locations are consuming the most maintenance labor hours?”

Inventory Module on Mobile Application
Integrate the inventory module in the mobile application. This would allow mechanics to consume items from the inventory when on a call so that inventory levels can be tracked more accurately.

Print barcodes right from the PO page.
Add the ability to print barcodes from the PO or receiving page. Then we don't have to search them individually.

It would be nice to be able to open a picture that is in with the asset and be able to zoom in on it.

Description field on Inspection Report should have data.
When you run an Asset listing, the description filled shows as a data point in the report. When you run an Inspection listing and export that data, the Description field is blank. This information should / needs to populate.

Be able to add work order details when creating a new work order
Have the ability to enter the work order details when creating a new work order. you currently have to create the work order then go back into it to add the details.

Sort lines in numerical order when receiving POs
When completing the "Receiving" portion of the PO it would be helpful if the lines came up in numerical order. Currently, they are displayed in random order. My discussion with the support team indicates that this "Random" order is working as intended. This is cumbersome to my team when we are processing large receipts especially with backorder items.

Save Progress of Inspections, multiple users on an inspection
Save progress of an inspection, rather than having to restart every time you exit the inspection. This way multiple employees can continue an inspection on different shifts.

PM Schedule for Asset Hierarchy
Allow the Parent Child assets to be linked so that you can create a maintenance schedule (PM) or inspections for the parent asset that would then be visible in the child records. Ideally if you were doing the PM or inspection on a mobile device, it would allow you to pick each child and complete the work or inspection.

Incorporate an AI model into the software that can increase all user productivity.
Build an AI model that knows your system and maintenance to assist with creating WO, PM's, inspection reports, etc. Have it be able to build functions without all the user time to manually do it. Ensure it prompts for clarifying questions.

Add Log Module
In the legacy versions of Eptura Asset, including Classic, there was a Log Module, which allowed end users to update/edit log entries in a timely manner and in one location. Currently logs can be updated in several areas in Eptura Asset, and logs/meters are stored within the Asset Details. For example, logs/meters can be updated on a Work Order and on an Inspection. However, if Logs/Meters need to be updated, this would need to be done manually in the Asset Details. The Log/Meter Import Tool is wonderful for importing logs in mass; however, many client request the ability to view/manage/update…
