PM Schedule for Asset Hierarchy
Allow the Parent Child assets to be linked so that you can create a maintenance schedule (PM) or inspections for the parent asset that would then be visible in the child records. Ideally if you were doing the PM or inspection on a mobile device, it would allow you to pick each child and complete the work or inspection.
Since we do work based on either location, equipment type, or vendor doing the work it would simplify the documentation while still allow the lookup of the information on the child record.4 votesThank you for your suggestion—this idea has merit and aligns with our broader strategy. However, due to other priorities, we are unable to pursue it at this time. We’ll keep it on our radar and revisit it when the timing is right or if we see increased interest from our customer community.

Add requester as column chooser for work orders
Under the Work Order Management module there is options to add columns for customized views. Currently we cannot add a column for the Requesters (Name of requester) only request # however I still have to go back each time and check who requested it if I need more information. This helps us filter Work order by requesters

Separate Maintenance Work Week from Site Operating Hours in Asset on Platform
In the current platform implementation, the work week days used by Asset to schedule preventive maintenance (PM) generation are driven by the site operating hours set in Portfolio Manager. These are two distinct concepts that should be independently configurable.

Eptura Asset: Filter by: Assignments option
Please add the ability to Group By: Assignments within the Assignments/Work Orders view of the new mobile app. This was an extremely useful feature in the previous mobile app and is something our facility relies on daily.
Our workflow utilizes lead technicians who review work orders and reassign them as necessary. Being able to group and sort work orders by assignee allows lead techs to quickly review workloads, identify assignment imbalances, and efficiently manage reassignments.
Without this sorting option, locating and reviewing work orders for specific technicians becomes much more time-consuming. Restoring the Group By: Assignment functionality would significantly improve…

Program should not allow multiple work orders to be generated for the same PM. On the PM Tab if you check the box next to the asset and then go to Actions drop down, you can select Generate Work countless times. This should not be possible. If it stays as it is now, could a warning be added to let the user now there is already an existing work order on this PM?

Expand the search capability when mass assigning PM's to Assets
Eptura Asset released the ability to mass assign assets to a PM. However, when an enterprise client has a large number of assets, the current search functionality is difficult to effectively select the appropriate assets. One large enterprise client is not yet satisfied due to limitations selecting assets efficiently; therefore, they are using Power Automate to select Assets.

bulk schedule
It would be really nice to be able to select multiple work orders at a time and schedule them to the same technician. Both through the work order module and through the scheduling module.

Add ability to inactivate Work Type
Currently, clients are unable to inactivate unused Work Types in Settings. For clients who have a long list of unused/no longer used/no longer wanted Work Types, ALL Work Types continue to be displayed as options for the end user. Even if ADMIN's add a ZZZ or "Do Not Use", end users continue to select inappropriate Work Types.
