  2. Email notifications to requester

    We use an open portal for requesters to submit work orders. It would be nice that the requester would receive an update for when a work order is assigned, waiting on parts, completed, etc.

  3. New Request Notifications

    It would be nice if there was a pop up notification for new requests rather than just having to check the queue. We would like app and web browser notifications of new requests to go to administrators and operators

  5. Need security on Inspections for Admin's

    Need to be able to stop others from deleting inspections off the work orders by admin inspections to the Admin security roles

  7. Portal Email Notifications

    Currently the portal notifications are sent to either one person for all sites or a separate portal is needed for every site if the notifications are intended for a different email address. Would be nice to select several sites and set which email they go to. Seems like there is alot of requests for portal updates.

  8. Labor on Requests

    I would like to be able to add our labor to requests. As of now you cannot add the time put in to a request that it takes to complete it

  9. Save Progress of Inspections, multiple users on an inspection

    Save progress of an inspection, rather than having to restart every time you exit the inspection. This way multiple employees can continue an inspection on different shifts.
