Have a Work Request Completed Date in open API. Right now the completed date is derived from a Work Order completed date. However if a Request is cancelled/completed without a WO, we have no way to indicate that it's cancelled.
2 votesThank you for your suggestion—this idea has merit and aligns with our broader strategy. However, due to other priorities, we are unable to pursue it at this time. We’ll keep it on our radar and revisit it when the timing is right or if we see increased interest from our customer community.

Automatically notify vendors and buyer when a PO's due date has passed
Similar to suggested POs, I would like a list of past-due purchase orders with the ability to send automatic inquiries to vendors regarding the status of these overdue orders.

Add notes as an option on the column chooser for reports.
Add notes as an option on column chooser for reports. I cant pull the notes from the work orders. My maint team uses notes to put down what they completed.
