API
Have a Work Request Completed Date in open API. Right now the completed date is derived from a Work Order completed date. However if a Request is cancelled/completed without a WO, we have no way to indicate that it's cancelled.

Add notes as an option on the column chooser for reports.
Add notes as an option on column chooser for reports. I cant pull the notes from the work orders. My maint team uses notes to put down what they completed.

Add warning on Assets when reaching high costs on a series of Reactive/Corrective Work Orders within a short period of time
Currently, clients can add a threshold to prevent spend over a specific amount per work order. This is a global setting within the WO workflow. However, client is asking for a flag to be raised when an asset has more than x number of reactive work orders created within a specific period of time, potentially indicating a time to replace rather than repair.

Add ability to keep Asset “Active” or "In Service" after Work Order is complete
Currently, when an Asset is put "Down" on a Work Order, the Asset is automatically put "Active" again once the Work Order is in a completion status. This is true in both the desktop application and in the Work Companion App. Please add the option to keep the Asset down, even after completion of the Work Order. Currently, if the Asset is still "Out of Service" even after the WO is completed, the user must go into the Asset manually to put the Asset down again.
