  1. When plotting PDFs and large paper prints for customers, the text legibility is very grainy/blurry. They need to be able to read names and workspace numbers.

  2. I would like to be able to see the room name on the My Reservations screen. The phone app has this feature however the web app does not. This will make reviewing conf room reservations more manageable.

  4. Hummingbird does not have a "View All" option for service requests like the desktop has, and it should. Not having the same search creates a confusing experience for the customer when they are quickly trying to alert service teams of an issue. For example, an air conditioning request could be named "air conditioning", "HVAC", "Too Cold"/"Too Hot," etc. which makes searching impossible if the request type names aren't known by the customer and takes extra time if they end up submitting on the desktop when they get back to their computer.

  5. As an admin, I would like the Reservation Promo content feature to allow for an image to be copy/paste or stored in Eptura instead of a public URL in order to not have to set up a separate public site for internal information.

  6. As an admin I would like to be able to provide users emergency or 'promo' content in the desktop and hummingbird app in order to alert users when there is an issue or information that needs to be shared based on the building they are assigned to.
    An example would be to have a banner across the top of screen when someone logs into desktop. It would be nice to be able to format and link to a splash page for an image or more information. This would be similar to promo content available in Hummingbird.

  9. It would be ideal if we could change the size of the text for the legend/stats in the titleblock. Some plans when we print the stats are so small.

  10. The attachment includes details with screenshots as well.

    Title: Multiple Seats per Person (Primary + Alternates) with Map/Profile Visibility

    Problem:
    -Each teammate can only hold one seat.
    - No way to assign/track multiple seats per person.
    - Workaround (mark alt seat as “Visitor”) is error-prone; shows on desktop only, not Hummingbird mobile.
    - Impacts reporting, visibility, and Outlook DL accuracy.

    Proposal:
    - Allow multiple seat assignments per person: 1 Primary + N Alternate seats.
    - UI: assign/manage seats on the person record; tag each seat as Primary or Alternate.
    - Visibility: show Primary and Alternates on desktop and Hummingbird maps;…

  11. Clients would like to set reservability on a schedule. Make desks reservable on Mon/Wed/Friday for example, or on Tues/ Thursday only.

  12. Feature request: allow admins to hide specific Allocation Categories from end users on the Space Desktop.
    Example use case: Space Admins could allocate individual spaces to specific departments for space planning purposes, WITHOUT giving those departments reason to push back when allocations change.

  14. Currently the emails sent to hosts when visitors are checked in have confusing verbiage that the visitor checked in "at Desktop" and does not pertain at all to where the host needs to greet their guest.

    Would also like to see more content of this email able to be edited by the administrators to create a better experience for our customers and their guests.

  18. I would love it if I could hover my mouse over a workstation (or select it) and see if there are any reservation rules associated with it. Right now I have to go into the rules menu. This would be really convenient.

  19. As an admin I would like the images in Hummingbird on the main screen when a user does not have reservations, service requests or mail to be removed or made smaller or have the option to remove/replace in order to view promo content easier.

  20. Default Reservation Time: we would like to have the ability to set the default Reservation time, based on buildings /Centers/Space Type. Example: I want to set the Workstation to Full day event by default for the USA location, California Center, Building1
