Increase CAD drawing file size limit
Increase the size limit for CAD drawings.

- When pulling a drawing from Serraview, the file size is much bigger. Ioffice/Workplace requires the drawing to be much smaller which becomes a very tedious & cumbersome task.
Ex. 84mg drawing needs to be reduced to 512kb.
