New Text Option: Combination of Space Description, Type & Room Number
Add an option in the Text (T Button) – “Show” Drop-Down Menu. The option would display the Space Description, Space Type & Room Number fields as one text layer on floor plans in a clear and fully legible format.

Text options and legibility
We need to be able to view text on any floorplan to include: Room number, Space Type, and Description. We also need the room numbers and drawings to be able to print clearly to pdf, right now they are blurry.

Floor Plan Display Names
in iOffice maps, the names are way too small in compact view. However, if I increase the font it overlaps with the neighboring desk, or disappears entirely. It makes it very difficult to read when printed. Is it possible to add a "Fit" option where the name fits to the desk CAD outline?

Administrator has ability to override rules
Want to be able to create local site administrators that aren't restricted by the rules of the location. For example, a site only allows a desk to be booked 5 days in advance but the local administrator needs to book for a client visit the following month .

Space Desktop Text option to show People only
Text View Option for Floorplan PDFs
Hi Team,
On the text view, we would like to display people only. When printing the floorplans, there is currently a lot of data shown, which makes the text hard to read.
Having an option for People Only would make the text much more legible in the PDF version.

Multi-select for room reservations
As a general suggestion, there should be functionality that would allow for multi-select for desk reservations. There could be admins that have a need to book multiple desks and it would be much more efficient for admins to book multiple desks at a time instead of one by one.

Additional Meeting Room Fields
Additional fields for meeting rooms that capture capacities for different furniture configurations like u-shape, campfire, hybrid, conference, classroom, theater. We only have total capacity now. PLUS Also a way to note if the room can be combined with another to create a larger room.

non sent emails (but should)
TRAC does not send confirmation/completion emails to entered requester. I create print requests on behalf of customers. I can enter customer's email from directory or manually, but TRAC does not send confirmation/completion emails to beneficiary (original requester). TRAC SHOULD send those auto emails.

Modify email format
Ability to modify the format of the emails we receive from Service Requests. The current format is rather jumbled and makes it challenging to extract the necessary details. It does not match the format/flow of the questions asked in Service Requests.

- No way to assign/track multiple seats per person.
- Workaround (mark alt seat as “Visitor”) is error-prone; shows on desktop only, not Hummingbird mobile.

- Allow multiple seat assignments per person: 1 Primary + N Alternate seats.

Asset Service Requests - Customer permissions
Eptura Service Requests - Users should not see or be able to associate an asset to a service request. This section is hidden when customers are submitting the request but if they open the request up, they see the 'Edit', 'Service History' and 'Edit Asset' buttons and are able to change update some of the information.

Page Reload Reset Everything
When we reload the page, it doesn't stay on the same one; instead, it resets everything... We need to discover a method that allows us to refresh the page while remaining on the current page, rather than losing all the data and having to re-enter all the information again.
