Multi-select for room reservations
As a general suggestion, there should be functionality that would allow for multi-select for desk reservations. There could be admins that have a need to book multiple desks and it would be much more efficient for admins to book multiple desks at a time instead of one by one.

Deleting multiple markers at one time

I was wondering if it was possible to add function to allow us to delete Markers from the floor plans on mass instead of deleting them one by one.

Additional Meeting Room Fields
Additional fields for meeting rooms that capture capacities for different furniture configurations like u-shape, campfire, hybrid, conference, classroom, theater. We only have total capacity now. PLUS Also a way to note if the room can be combined with another to create a larger room.

non sent emails (but should)
TRAC does not send confirmation/completion emails to entered requester. I create print requests on behalf of customers. I can enter customer's email from directory or manually, but TRAC does not send confirmation/completion emails to beneficiary (original requester). TRAC SHOULD send those auto emails.

Modify email format
Ability to modify the format of the emails we receive from Service Requests. The current format is rather jumbled and makes it challenging to extract the necessary details. It does not match the format/flow of the questions asked in Service Requests.

Multiple Seats per Person (Primary + Alternates) with Map/Profile Visibility

-Each teammate can only hold one seat.
- No way to assign/track multiple seats per person.
- Workaround (mark alt seat as “Visitor”) is error-prone; shows on desktop only, not Hummingbird mobile.
- Impacts reporting, visibility, and Outlook DL accuracy.Proposal:
- Allow multiple seat assignments per person: 1 Primary + N Alternate seats.
- UI: assign/manage seats on the person record; tag each seat as Primary or Alternate.

Asset Service Requests - Customer permissions
Eptura Service Requests - Users should not see or be able to associate an asset to a service request. This section is hidden when customers are submitting the request but if they open the request up, they see the 'Edit', 'Service History' and 'Edit Asset' buttons and are able to change update some of the information.

Page Reload Reset Everything
When we reload the page, it doesn't stay on the same one; instead, it resets everything... We need to discover a method that allows us to refresh the page while remaining on the current page, rather than losing all the data and having to re-enter all the information again.

Clients would like to be able to set desks to reservable on specific date schedule. Example: reservable on Mon- Wed Friday.
Clients would like to set reservability on a schedule. Make desks reservable on Mon/Wed/Friday for example, or on Tues/ Thursday only.

Simpler way to find where my team is sitting
Can you visually see by hierarchy where teams are reserved? It's difficult to find where my team is working without typing in each person's name to find where they are. We need something simpler.

Print Number/Qty on charts & graphs
I've noticed that the reports that I generate that contain bar graphs or pie charts, don't actually show you the totals if you go to print. Meaning, If you select a bar it will show you the qty if you hover over it with your mouse.
How do I generate a printout of a graph/chart that contains the actual numbers?
I know you can export using different selected outputs but how do I get the chart/graph along with the numbers without re-creating myself?1 vote -

Remove dependency on IE browser for desktop Mail module
Using the Mail module on the desktop today requires the use of Internet Explorer which has not been a Microsoft supported browser since June 2022. While Edge is able to be used but only in IE compatibility mode, there is a limitation as these settings either need to be applied each time a user logs in OR set the settings for a time limited 30 days and then reset again.
Use of the IE compatibility mode also poses a risk as that could be disabled at anytime by Microsoft or our company technology department since they also have browser settings…

Check-in emails regardless of reservable or non-reservable status of space
Sometimes I need to block-off a space so that no future reservations for that space are made, however we want to keep any reservations that were made prior to the space being blocked-off. Right now I'm told that check-in reminder notifications and emails are not sent for those prior reservations if the space is blocked-off. I think it would be helpful that all reservations regardless of the space being reservable or not be sent check-in reminders. Or in the least that it's an option to turn that function on and off.
