  1. non sent emails (but should)

    TRAC does not send confirmation/completion emails to entered requester. I create print requests on behalf of customers. I can enter customer's email from directory or manually, but TRAC does not send confirmation/completion emails to beneficiary (original requester). TRAC SHOULD send those auto emails.

  2. Enforceable due date minimums in copy requests

    Allow disabling changing time of day for users submitting copy requests. Additionally, allow setting a minimum required number of business days before a due date can be set.

  4. Add Additional Options to the Request Queue Page

    Allow us to add additional options to the Request Queue page, in addition to the Job, Job Description, Requestor, etc. I'd like to see things such as binding/paper sides/ paper stock/paper size/etc

  5. Mass Download Copy Request Files

    Add a way to mass download files from copy requests. At times we receive requests with upwards of 100 attachments. Downloading individually is slow and unreliable.
