  2. Hummingbird does not have a "View All" option for service requests like the desktop has, and it should. Not having the same search creates a confusing experience for the customer when they are quickly trying to alert service teams of an issue. For example, an air conditioning request could be named "air conditioning", "HVAC", "Too Cold"/"Too Hot," etc. which makes searching impossible if the request type names aren't known by the customer and takes extra time if they end up submitting on the desktop when they get back to their computer.

  3. As an admin I would like the images in Hummingbird on the main screen when a user does not have reservations, service requests or mail to be removed or made smaller or have the option to remove/replace in order to view promo content easier.

  4. As an admin, I would like the Reservation Promo content feature to allow for an image to be copy/paste or stored in Eptura instead of a public URL in order to not have to set up a separate public site for internal information.

  5. As an admin I would like to be able to provide users emergency or 'promo' content in the desktop and hummingbird app in order to alert users when there is an issue or information that needs to be shared based on the building they are assigned to.
    An example would be to have a banner across the top of screen when someone logs into desktop. It would be nice to be able to format and link to a splash page for an image or more information. This would be similar to promo content available in Hummingbird.

  6. When working on a building hierarchy, client did not like how the building was showing up so went to delete it. What the client didn't realize is that deleting that hierarchy was actually deleting the building from the system. Suggestion for the Product Team to included in the "are you sure you want to delete" message that by proceeding, you are actually deleting the building from the system not just deleting the hierarchy.

  9. Default Reservation Time: we would like to have the ability to set the default Reservation time, based on buildings /Centers/Space Type. Example: I want to set the Workstation to Full day event by default for the USA location, California Center, Building1

  10. It would be great to be able to create and update the reservation rules that are the same for multiple offices/workstations/meeting rooms in the same area at once. Rather than having to create separate rules for each office/workstation/meeting room if they are all the same anyway.

  11. Reservation Rules are difficult to manage when using include users. Thee are two items that would make this easier:
    1. allow users to be added based on an allocation category and level. For example, I should be able to select Allocation Category = Manager Hierarchy and Level =L2 = 'Manager Name'. All users assigned to this Manger Name would always be associated. This would support new hires and transfers.

    1. There is no way to export users included in a rule. Managing these rules becomes difficult if I want to compare large lists. There needs to be a way to export…

  12. When the request location gets updated, it updates the center that the request location is in. So for example, if I update a request from a Florida office to an Atlanta office, it will place the request in the center that the Atlanta office is assigned to. I should then be able to assign the request to an operator within that center.

  13. Freeze or isolate AutoCAD Hatch in 2D view of iOffice. Stops hatch from becoming distorted and appearing inaccurate, as zooming in & out results in the hatch moving.

  17. Add a way to mass download files from copy requests. At times we receive requests with upwards of 100 attachments. Downloading individually is slow and unreliable.

  18. Dynamic field setting in the additional fields. Some of our service requests need up to 12 pieces of information, of the same type. Today, we manually set this up as ABC1, ABC2, ABC3 etc all the way to 12. It would be more elegant to allow this to scale and add another line each time one is filled out, so that the service request form is "smarter". Meaning after ABC1 is filled out, ABC2 shows up as optional. Fill that out, then ABC3 shows up.
