Enhance search functionality with the use of AI
Enhance search bar capability to go beyond workorder number search or keyword. Customers are now accustomed to the mainstream experience of just asking a tool what they are looking for. Sample queries below: Followed up with a secondary question asking if the user would like to visualize this data in a visual form.

Inventory Module on Mobile Application
Integrate the inventory module in the mobile application. This would allow mechanics to consume items from the inventory when on a call so that inventory levels can be tracked more accurately.

More viewing options work order module
Feature restoration request. I should be able to view closed work orders as easily as I can view active ones. I shouldn't need to search, then adjust the date field with a new search because I guessed the range I needed incorrectly.

Asset Manual Library
Adding a asset library rather then having to attach Manuals multiple times to each similar Assets. Then being able to link that asset to the manual. Helpful with multiple same type, make, and model assets.

Add ability to force completion of a Service Task prior to completion of the Work Order when Parts are not required
Clients need a way to force technicians to perform the Inspection/complete the Service Task(s) before completing the WO. Currently, the client can toggle on "Service Task with parts and labor" requirement on the Work Order Workflow Settings; however, a part is not always required.
In the screenshot below, the technician was able to complete the Work Order without having completed the Inspection.

remove the restriction for "in service date"
I would like to request removing the restriction on "in service date". When I purchase new assets I place them into a budget/group until i know where they will be assigned. Currently development has a restriction on the "in service date" field that will not allow me to update the in service date due to me originally assigning the asset to a budget/group

Formula Risk Scoring
Sample use case: Measure how heavily each vehicle is being used relative to how long it's been in service. This way, you can spot an overworked vehicle that will need replacement sooner.

one work order for multiple assets
When there are multiple assets using the same maintenance plan, have only one work order generated that includes all the assets on one sheet instead of having a a work order for each asset. Hippo had this feature and it was nice.

Email notifications to requester
We use an open portal for requesters to submit work orders. It would be nice that the requester would receive an update for when a work order is assigned, waiting on parts, completed, etc.

Portal Email Notifications
Currently the portal notifications are sent to either one person for all sites or a separate portal is needed for every site if the notifications are intended for a different email address. Would be nice to select several sites and set which email they go to. Seems like there is alot of requests for portal updates.

Add the Business Organization to the Move Center
We have currently separated into 3-different business entities. To improve the Move Requests Center so you can quickly see which Business (or Business Unit) each person belongs to—without drilling into every record—especially during peak onboard/exit periods.
Proposed Change Summary
• Add a new header/column: Business
• Column position: between Description and Requester
• Data source: “User Allocations” — use the “Business” field if present; otherwise fall back to “Business Unit”
• Behavior: Display the employee’s current/active business at time of viewing; update dynamically if allocations change
• Goal: Reduce time spent opening individual requests during high-volume periods

kitting
The kitting function is nice, but would like to have the ability for the parts people to pull up the kit, select a part, and find the bin location from there to go pull the parts and create the kit. Also, there should be a bin location for the kit, so that the technicians can pull from that location.

Have the ability to enter the work order details when creating a new work order. you currently have to create the work order then go back into it to add the details.
