  2. Almost every client with whom I have had the privilege of working has requested a better way to differentiate more clearly between their production site and their sandbox environments. Is there a way to vary in background color by chance? Thank you for your consideration.

    Thank you for your suggestion—this idea has merit and aligns with our broader strategy. However, due to other priorities, we are unable to pursue it at this time. We’ll keep it on our radar and revisit it when the timing is right or if we see increased interest from our customer community.

  3. The legacy versions of Eptura Asset had an Audit Module. Please add an Audit Module to the current version of Eptura Asset. Enterprise clients need the ability to know who modified a field in Eptura Asset for training purposes, for example.

  4. In the legacy versions of Eptura Asset, including Classic, there was a Log Module, which allowed end users to update/edit log entries in a timely manner and in one location. Currently logs can be updated in several areas in Eptura Asset, and logs/meters are stored within the Asset Details. For example, logs/meters can be updated on a Work Order and on an Inspection. However, if Logs/Meters need to be updated, this would need to be done manually in the Asset Details. The Log/Meter Import Tool is wonderful for importing logs in mass; however, many client request the ability to view/manage/update…

  5. When an Operator fails an Inspection, a WO is generated. Once the technician has completed the Work Order, there is no feedback/no notes available to the Operator to understand what was done to the Asset on the completed Work Order.

  6. Brooklyn Public Library currently stores Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in a separate system and is looking to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve accessibility by housing these documents directly within Eptura Asset. Given the operational nature of SDS documentation, they believe these records are best maintained within their facilities and maintenance platform.
    At this time, SDS documents are not associated with specific assets, but rather with locations across their buildings. As such, the library is seeking the ability to store and organize documents at a location level, without requiring asset linkage.

  7. It is critical to be able to count all spare parts in our store room. Not being able to count components has us counting them off line. We must do this to stay in compliance with our policies and procedures. Otherwise we must do a 100% inventory at year end. We need to be able to add components to cycle counts in order to count the entirety of inventory. This also throws off your KPI's because it is misrepresenting counting your inventory at 100%... Components are part of inventory!

  8. Currently, the number of contact fields available in the Vendor Module is inadequate. Legacy versions of Eptura Asset, such as Classic, permitted additional fields. For example, client may have several contacts for the same Vendor. Additionally, there needs to be multiple phone number fields - one field for the Vendor's corporate number and additional fields for the client's cell number. This request is repeated frequently by many clients.

  9. It would be nice to be able to bulk apply the permission CAN BE ASSIGNED FOR WORK checkbox to multiple vendors over having to do it one by one.

    Use Case: If a customer has a large number of vendors in the system and they want that vendor to be searchable when applying them to work orders, the checkbox CAN BE ASSIGNED FOR WORK needs to be checked off in the vendor record details.

    It would be highly valuable to enable bulk updates for the “Can Be Assigned for Work” checkbox across multiple vendor records, rather than requiring manual updates…

  10. A large enterprise client is requesting the ability to print multiple work orders with attachments in mass. Currently, Eptura has the ability to print multiple work orders from the list view. We understand the BI Tool does not have access to the attachment file. Is it possible to add the ability to then print attachments in mass as a separate step?

  12. From the WO list view, clients currently have the ability to print multiple WO's. However, they do not have the ability to print multiple WO's with attachments. In the legacy version of ManagerPlus, there was an option to "print selected with attachments". Currently, if clients want to print attachments with their work orders, they have to go into the WO details, print the WO, and then print the attachments separately.

Enable users to select a preferred language that fully translates all system elements—including standard fields, free-text inputs, inspection templates, preventive maintenance records, and related workflows—into the user’s language of choice. At present, there is no mechanism to support comprehensive, end‑to‑end language translation across the platform. This limitation significantly impacts global organizations, creating inefficiencies and friction in day‑to‑day operations and limiting their ability to operate seamlessly across regions both in desktop and mobile views.

  15. Horizontal Scrollbar is missing in the list of records which should actually be a fundamental feature. As without horizonal / bottom scrollbar, it restricts the navigation between records and columns.

  16. I want to be able to add an attachment (image) to each task on a PM. I can currently add attachments to the PM, but it's messy. When viewing these attachments from my tablet, it is in EDIT mode. I would like the mobile app to be read-only. That way, you can zoom in on an image to better see a procedure or specification. Example image below

  20. Currently, a part can be manually consumed before the WO is completed. A large enterprise client is requesting Eptura Asset adds an additional column when adding and then manually consuming a part on a WO. Once the part is manually consumed, please add a column to display the consumption date. This would be extremely helpful as this enterprise client needs to view the exact date the part was consumed - especially when a WO is open for a long period of time.
