Inventory Module on Mobile Application
Integrate the inventory module in the mobile application. This would allow mechanics to consume items from the inventory when on a call so that inventory levels can be tracked more accurately.

Enhance search functionality with the use of AI
Enhance search bar capability to go beyond workorder number search or keyword. Customers are now accustomed to the mainstream experience of just asking a tool what they are looking for. Sample queries below: Followed up with a secondary question asking if the user would like to visualize this data in a visual form.
“Show me all assets with more than three breakdowns in the past six months.”
“Which vendors have the longest average response time to work orders?”
“What’s the total downtime cost for HVAC systems last quarter?”
“Which locations are consuming the most maintenance labor hours?”
“Predict which chillers…9 votesApproved for Product Roadmap ·

Great news - your idea has been approved for inclusion in our product roadmap! Please note that the final feature set may evolve as we incorporate additional customer feedback, conduct product and design research, and consider broader use cases beyond the original request. We appreciate your input and will keep you updated as development progresses.

When a request is sent in via email to request, the attachments need to be uploaded to the request portal. It is difficult to implement the request portal to a college campus, publishing the email to request email works great however, none of the attachments make it into the request portal.

Add ability to print multiple work orders with attachments from the WO list view
From the WO list view, clients currently have the ability to print multiple WO's. However, they do not have the ability to print multiple WO's with attachments. In the legacy version of ManagerPlus, there was an option to "print selected with attachments". Currently, if clients want to print attachments with their work orders, they have to go into the WO details, print the WO, and then print the attachments separately.

Vendor Portal - Include a notification to the Eptura Asset user when a vendor has received/opened/actioned a work order
When a work order is emailed to a vendor, there is no notification back to the Eptura Asset user confirming that the vendor has received the work order and is actively working on it. As a result, a maintenance team would still be required to call the vendor to verify receipt and status. This visibility would add the greatest value to vendor portal processes/

Automatically Refresh Table Values After Records Are Updated
Changes made to records are not immediately reflected in the associated table after the record is saved, assigned, or otherwise updated. This appears to affect tables throughout the system.
For example, in the PMs module, the Maturity Reached value remains unchanged after a record is updated until the entire browser page is manually refreshed.
This slows down the workflow because each refresh takes several seconds and may cause users to lose their position in the list. It also creates uncertainty about whether the change was successfully applied.
Tables should function as live…

Retain Sorting and Filtering When List Grouping Is Enabled
When Toggle List Grouping is enabled in a module, users can no longer sort the grouped records by other columns.
For example, when Work Orders are grouped by Work Type, the records within those groups cannot also be sorted ascending / descending by columns such as status, priority, assigned user, or date. Users must disable grouping before they can filter.
Grouping, sorting, and filtering serve different purposes and should be available at the same time. Requiring users to repeatedly enable and disable grouping makes it more difficult to review and manage…

parts
I have been using this system for more than 5 years and remember that on the PO system we were able to see a longer list of parts and now can only see 5 at a time. This has been a nuisance ever since, makes it difficult to see and handle multiple invoices/ backorders at once.
Also, wanted to bring up the stock levels for ‘out of stock and low stock’ they used to be different colors (grey and orange) that is not really the problem. If you see the pics attached, screenshot 2 & 3, they are next to…1 vote -

Add Preventive Maintenance-related API Endpoints
A large enterprise client is currently building an integration with NetSuite, specifically a supply chain integration between Manager Plus and NetSuite. In short, the enterprise client is requesting the development of Preventive Maintenance API Endpoints to pull in parts and maintenance plans.

Thank you for your consideration.

asset part
It would be beneficial to be able to add asset parts to a WO from the WO screen. Instead of having to go to a different screen to find which parts are linked to the asset, and then search for them in the parts tab of the WO.

Add a different color to the background of the sandbox environments
Almost every client with whom I have had the privilege of working has requested a better way to differentiate more clearly between their production site and their sandbox environments. Is there a way to vary in background color by chance? Thank you for your consideration.

Expand the limit of 1200 Unique Parts on a Cycle Count to at least 5000
An enterprise client is requesting Eptura Asset expand the limit of 1200 unique parts on a Cycle Count. This enterprise client needs to upload 8K unique parts in the template. Currently, there is a limit of 1200 unique parts in Lightning/Eptura Asset. In Classic/legacy version of Eptura Asset, clients could upload 5K+ unique parts at a time.

Add Granularity to the Security Roles
Many enterprise clients are requesting greater granularity be added to security roles. For example, labor codes need to be added by site. However, the enterprise Administrators cannot allow end users to have access to site settings; therefore, the responsibility to update labor codes per site is given back to the Admins. This is one of countless examples.

Add a permission feature option in security roles to prevent a technician from manually updating/overriding the completed date on a WO
Currently, a technician can manually update/override the completion date on a WO. An enterprise client wants the ability to prevent technician's from updating the completion date manually, as this is overriding the completed status date.

Edit Parts Cost
Currently, updating a part’s price requires removing it from inventory and then re‑adding it with the new price. This process is time‑consuming and highly inefficient—especially for organizations that have recently migrated from Hippo to Eptura, as well as new customers whose part prices were not carried over during data migration. In these cases, users are forced to remove all existing parts and re‑enter them into inventory simply to update pricing.
Consider the workload for organizations with more than 1,000 parts. This effectively becomes a project of its own. Given that most organizations easily maintain well over 1,000 parts in their…
