Estis Compression - Feature Request: I am submitting a featAdd workOrderDescription field in the GET /api2/WorkOrders endpoint
Use Case: "We have personnel in the field that put text data in either the notes section or the work description section and I am not seeing any of the work description groups data from the API calls. I am able see all the text data from the group that puts the data in the notes section using the API calls. I am trying to avoid requesting the field personnel to change their process for the ones that are putting in good information.
The "Work Description" field (Details panel on the right side of a work order) is not coming…

Inventory Item Updates Upload
Eptura has the ability to upload new items. However, it would be very helpful to be able to upload changes to existing items, such as description updates, associated vendors, on hand quantity, etc. Manually having to edit each item takes a lot of time.

Sort by items not currently in a bin
This was a feature that was removed recently. I need a way to quickly find parts that are not currently in a bin. I used this feature every day and really need it added back. We add new parts almost everyday and then assign them to a work order before ever putting them in a bin. Without this feature parts are getting used and we have no easy way of knowing. It used to be called Blanks under the bin location filter right under select all.

Easy to use insight into which Generate Due Schedules Notify Implementation created which WO
Currently there is not an easily visible way to tell which Notify created which work order, requiring Support deepdive to resolve/trace related issues. More insight into which automation created which Work Order would be efficient for Support and a preview would be preventative to issues with automation for admin users.

System currently only accepts the following image formats - JPG and PNG image formats.
As a company, we use the Eptura Asset on iPads (default image format is HEIC) so when completing inspections that requests images, if the iPad defaults haven't been changed, team cant use iPad camera function to upload image. More image formats should be available

Add sub categories in the service tasks.
You could better group the service tasks for the need. For example, if you have service tasks for PMs and repairs, you could group them accordingly under the class.
Please see screen shot as an example.

Correct filter for assigned names in work orders.
Newest update to Asset has changed the filter in the Assigned column to not only list the people assigned to work orders but also requesters, who do not get assigned, and old employees set as inactive. That makes for a long list to scroll through. Return the function to only list in the check box drop down the names currently assigned to work orders.

Add ability to print an attachment when printing a work order
The client requesting this feature uses the attachments to ensure processes are followed with exactness. Legacy versions of ManagerPlus allowed the ability to print an attachment when simultaneously printing a work order. This is not available on Lightning.

The Check All button when looking at Inspection Templates is a dark color and hard to see. Can the font color be adjusted to white or something lighter to view

THIS IS A BUG - Asset downtime doesn't update correctly when manually changed
I wasn't sure where else to notify someone about this. If I create a work order which contributes to the downtime of an asset, the start and end time of the down time is rarely correct because we can't mark it on a computer while we're fixing it. As such we often have to go back and manually change the start/end time of down time on an asset in a work order. When I do that, it seems to track the correct amount of time, which is good, but visually it still shows the original date of when the downtime…

Individual asset traceability is useless and non-existent due to having to lump multiple assets together under one single title.
This program needs to be able to create one single work order with multiple assets. Say there are 30 assets that need to be inspected on a daily basis. We need to be able to have one single daily inspection work order. Currently, if I attach our daily inspection to all 30 assets, I get 30 individual work orders pertaining to each individual asset which is absurdly redundant. Hippo software did not have this issue & needs to be reimplemented.

Remove the Import Tool options in Assets, WO's, Vendors, and Inventory
A large enterprise client feels this feature should only be available in ADMIN settings. Currently, ADMINS can go to settings > tools and support > import tool. However, this feature is also available on each module, as well. One of their end users just added Parts in mass and created a mess.
Of course, the ADMINS removed the ability to add or edit Inventory in Security Roles; however, they ONLY wanted to remove this ability in mass.

Add Security Roles for Audit Module
Add options in Security Roles to allow access to the Audit Module without simultaneously allowing unnecessary access to configuration settings. Security Roles need further granularity.

Add Parts Request Module
Add a “Parts Request Form” with access to the Parts Master in order to select the correct Part(s).
Work flow: Request part from Parts Master on Parts Request Form > Create WO with Part(s) automatically added to the WO > link PO > Create PO to order parts.1 vote -
Add a "Go To Page ____" Option at the Bottom of Every Module by Page Numbers
Enterprise clients may have hundreds of pages of Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, etc. Currently, clients can filter the columns, narrowing the scope. One Enterprise client had hundreds of pages of Inventory. Rather than selecting page after page, my primary contact requested the ability to select a specific page. Please add a "Go to page ____" option rather than having to select each individual page to advance. Thank you for the consideration.

Change "Enter" input for Adjusting Inventory from "Cancel" to "OK"
Right now when you are adjusting inventory quantity in the adjustment tab and press "Enter" it cancels whatever adjustment you made. It would be much more user friendly that when you press "Enter" after inputting all the required information that it instead completed the adjustment instead of cancelling it.
