Add Service Task Import Tool
A large enterprise client is requesting a Service Task Import Tool. For most clients, the majority of Service Tasks are imported. However, this enterprise client has thousands of Service Tasks they need to import at least quarterly - quite atypical. For this client, their only option is to engage the data team as a paid service to upload in mass. They have requested the ability to upload in mass themselves via an Import Tool.

Add enhancements in the Service Codes to include CEDEX codes or a minimum of 4 additional service task fields
Add a minimum of 4 additional service tasks fields. The CEDEX codes include 4-part codes: primary, sub-system, damage, & repair. These standard CEDEX codes are for maintaining shipping containers. This affects this enterprise client weekly. When using the WO Import Tool, it's time consuming to manually enter task codes. The client could import all 100K task codes; however, did not want to affect performance.

Expand the search capability when mass assigning PM's to Assets
Eptura Asset released the ability to mass assign assets to a PM. However, when an enterprise client has a large number of assets, the current search functionality is difficult to effectively select the appropriate assets. One large enterprise client is not yet satisfied due to limitations selecting assets efficiently; therefore, they are using Power Automate to select Assets.

Update Multiple Assets at One Time
Need the ability to update multiple assets at one time and not have to update each one individually. For example, if we have a space we manage and need to move a dozen fire extinguishers are decommissioned, they have to be done one at a time which is very time consuming as we manage over 60,000 assets.

Edit Parts Cost
Currently, updating a part’s price requires removing it from inventory and then re‑adding it with the new price. This process is time‑consuming and highly inefficient—especially for organizations that have recently migrated from Hippo to Eptura, as well as new customers whose part prices were not carried over during data migration. In these cases, users are forced to remove all existing parts and re‑enter them into inventory simply to update pricing.

Inspections option where no credentials are required
Having the ablility to perform Inspections easily by scanning a QR code and leading directly to the inspection form would instead of needing to login would reduce the amount of friction required to perform and complete the inspection.
The option to require credentials to access the inspection could just be a toggle within the template.

Add a security role setting to only allow ONE warehouse selection to assigned technician on a WO
Currently, a client has multiple warehouses per site. The primary warehouse replenishes each individual warehouse, which in this case are individual technician's trucks. Each day, the technician takes inventory to complete his work orders that day. Currently, the technician is required to add a part to every work order. The technicians complete the work order in an active status. Their supervisor then completes the work order in a completed status. Unfortunately, an incorrect warehouse is often selected, causing inaccurate Inventory data.

Language availability
We have many employees who only speak Spanish, so they don't complete Work Requests/Work Orders because they can't read the form categories, even when translating the browser to Spanish because the form categories don't translate to Spanish. This creates a huge gap in tracking work that needs to be completed on our machinery.

It would be nice to be able to add a default useful life based on the asset sub category.

bulk schedule
It would be really nice to be able to select multiple work orders at a time and schedule them to the same technician. Both through the work order module and through the scheduling module.

Inventory Item Updates Upload
Eptura has the ability to upload new items. However, it would be very helpful to be able to upload changes to existing items, such as description updates, associated vendors, on hand quantity, etc. Manually having to edit each item takes a lot of time.

requests from request portal
tab that shows all active request submitted in the request portal, notification option for phone to notify when a new request has been submitted. there is a request tab in the old manager plus app, same as that but updated and faster would be great with the phone notification option

Eptura Asset Legacy Site Is The Default for When Creating New Eptura Asset Users
There is no way to disable the heritage Eptura Asset Customer site. Due to this limitation, when creating new users, the client must manually remove access to the heritage Company site, and grant permissions to the Portfolio Manager site.

Add the Warehouse Icon in a Column in the Inventory List View
Currently, the end users must go to the part details in order to know whether or not a part is available in another warehouse at a glance. The legacy version of ManagerPlus offered this visibility. Adding the warehouse icon to a column as a default in the Inventory list view would be a huge win for end users. Thank you for the consideration.

Email Notifications are sent to all assigned to a Work Order, not just the primary
In notify, Email notifications will be sent to ALL assigned to a Work Order, not just the primary

Can you make a way for blanket style POs to subtract from the total PO value as the invoices for send PO are entered.

On mobile
Please make the mobile app, not auto check the service tasks complete, when completing the Work Order. Some tasks cannot or where not done and the app checks them as complete.
