  1. I would like to request removing the restriction on "in service date". When I purchase new assets I place them into a budget/group until i know where they will be assigned. Currently development has a restriction on the "in service date" field that will not allow me to update the in service date due to me originally assigning the asset to a budget/group

  3. On Mobile App, it is beneficial if you can sort all work orders by Created Date so that you always have the latest ones on top of the page.

  4. We have currently separated into 3-different business entities. To improve the Move Requests Center so you can quickly see which Business (or Business Unit) each person belongs to—without drilling into every record—especially during peak onboard/exit periods.
    Proposed Change Summary
    • Add a new header/column: Business
    • Column position: between Description and Requester
    • Data source: “User Allocations” — use the “Business” field if present; otherwise fall back to “Business Unit”
    • Behavior: Display the employee’s current/active business at time of viewing; update dynamically if allocations change
    • Goal: Reduce time spent opening individual requests during high-volume periods

  7. API specific 'playground' or 'push/publish' function to verify API functionality/changes.

    Because the API has the ability to create data points, there should be safeguards, sandboxes, or playgrounds in place that allow for testing before feature publishing.

  8. The ManagerPlus API v2 currently supports GET and POST for /Assets, but returns HTTP 405 for PATCH/PUT methods. This prevents programmatic updates to existing asset records.

    Use Case:
    We need to bulk-update asset fields (descriptions, statuses, etc.) for our 2,400+ asset inventory without manual UI edits.

    Requested Feature:
    Enable PATCH or PUT on /api2/Assets/{assetKey} to allow updating existing assets via API.

    Expected Behavior:
    PATCH /api2/Assets/{assetKey}

    Would enable automated data quality workflows and reduce manual administrative overhead for maintaining accurate asset records.

  9. We need the ability to make API calls that retrieve or set any and all fields associated with asset records, including standard fields, custom fields, budget fields, hierarchy fields, and any other asset properties. Currently, the API documentation doesn't clearly expose all available fields or provide comprehensive endpoints for accessing the full asset schema. This would enable:

    -Bulk operations on all asset attributes programmatically

    -Complete asset records in API responses (not truncated/limited)

    -Field discovery without reverse-engineering existing assets

    -Integration with external systems that need to read(at least)/write all asset data (including status/state)

  10. It would be nice to be able to have the ability in the mobil app to select several technicians to be able to add labor to a work order. Commonly, several technicians are working on the same work order, and it would be nice to have one person add each technician's labor on the work order. Right now, each tech has to open the work order and add their time individually.

  14. Currently the Open Form Portal option leaves lots of vulnerability for hacking or malicious malware to be introduced by uploading attachments. A good feature to ADD would be the ability to add an ON/OFF button to enable the ability to allow attachments to be uploaded or not via the portal. That would give users the ability to choose what works best for their company.

    Right not you have the On/Off function for everything else, so I feel that adding it for attachments should be a simple an easy way to assist with the vulnerability issue.

  15. Clients need a way to force technicians to perform the Inspection/complete the Service Task(s) before completing the WO. Currently, the client can toggle on "Service Task with parts and labor" requirement on the Work Order Workflow Settings; however, a part is not always required.

    In the screenshot below, the technician was able to complete the Work Order without having completed the Inspection.

  17. Sample use case: Measure how heavily each vehicle is being used relative to how long it's been in service. This way, you can spot an overworked vehicle that will need replacement sooner.

    Vehicle: 2023 Ford Transit Van
    In service date: 200 days ago
    Total Miles Driven: 25,000
    Expected Daily Miles: 100

    Formula: utilization Ratio = (25,000 / (200x100) ) x 100 = 125%

  18. Enhance search bar capability to go beyond workorder number search or keyword. Customers are now accustomed to the mainstream experience of just asking a tool what they are looking for. Sample queries below: Followed up with a secondary question asking if the user would like to visualize this data in a visual form.

    “Show me all assets with more than three breakdowns in the past six months.”
    “Which vendors have the longest average response time to work orders?”
    “What’s the total downtime cost for HVAC systems last quarter?”

  19. Currently the portal notifications are sent to either one person for all sites or a separate portal is needed for every site if the notifications are intended for a different email address. Would be nice to select several sites and set which email they go to. Seems like there is alot of requests for portal updates.

  20. The kitting function is nice, but would like to have the ability for the parts people to pull up the kit, select a part, and find the bin location from there to go pull the parts and create the kit. Also, there should be a bin location for the kit, so that the technicians can pull from that location.
