Add a "Go To Page ____" Option at the Bottom of Every Module by Page Numbers
Enterprise clients may have hundreds of pages of Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, etc. Currently, clients can filter the columns, narrowing the scope. One Enterprise client had hundreds of pages of Inventory. Rather than selecting page after page, my primary contact requested the ability to select a specific page. Please add a "Go to page ____" option rather than having to select each individual page to advance. Thank you for the consideration.

I'm integrating with the ManagerPlus REST API and I'm trying to retrieve the open/closed status of Work Requests programmatically. When I query the WorkRequests endpoint, the response does not include a status field.
Can we propose a feature request for this.

Change "Enter" input for Adjusting Inventory from "Cancel" to "OK"
Right now when you are adjusting inventory quantity in the adjustment tab and press "Enter" it cancels whatever adjustment you made. It would be much more user friendly that when you press "Enter" after inputting all the required information that it instead completed the adjustment instead of cancelling it.

Add UOM column to Cycle Counts
Having a column next to the Qty line would be beneficial to anyone making counts that is not familiar with what parts have a different Unit of Measurement. This would eliminate extra recounts or excess ordering coming from incorrect counting on parts having a different UOM than Each.

Add permissions via Security Roles to limit the options in Saved Views
Use Case: Enterprise client has 45 locations. End users are saving their Asset "saved views" as "Public"; therefore, this is creating a large list of saved views for all end users to sort through. Please add options in settings to limit the end users' ability to submit public saved views in each of the modules.

Separate Maintenance Work Week from Site Operating Hours in Asset on Platform
In the current platform implementation, the work week days used by Asset to schedule preventive maintenance (PM) generation are driven by the site operating hours set in Portfolio Manager. These are two distinct concepts that should be independently configurable.

Eptura Asset: Filter by: Assignments option
Please add the ability to Group By: Assignments within the Assignments/Work Orders view of the new mobile app. This was an extremely useful feature in the previous mobile app and is something our facility relies on daily.
Our workflow utilizes lead technicians who review work orders and reassign them as necessary. Being able to group and sort work orders by assignee allows lead techs to quickly review workloads, identify assignment imbalances, and efficiently manage reassignments.
Without this sorting option, locating and reviewing work orders for specific technicians becomes much more time-consuming. Restoring the Group By: Assignment functionality would significantly improve…

Program should not allow multiple work orders to be generated for the same PM. On the PM Tab if you check the box next to the asset and then go to Actions drop down, you can select Generate Work countless times. This should not be possible. If it stays as it is now, could a warning be added to let the user now there is already an existing work order on this PM?

Add permissions via Security Role, preventing a user from manually updating the WO Completion Date
Enterprise client wants to prevent their technicians from manually updating the WO completion date. As per their workflow, they have a "tech complete" active status, and then their supervisors update the status of the WO to completed. Technicians are manually updating the WO completion date, which is affecting when parts are being consumed.

Inventory Cycle Counts able to be created based on periodicity transaction records (work order parts used in the previous 24 hours, week, etc
Creating cycle counts should have more options, such as transaction triggered (those parts used via work order in some time periodicity) and those with a total value in excess of some value (i.e. combined parts value exceeds $1500.00).

Alert user when they are toggling SYSTEM ADMIN under a user's profile
A customer recently reported a permissions breach in which a site administrator in their India division unintentionally modified a work order status flow that impacted their Canadian sites. The Canadian division relies on highly controlled configurations and cannot tolerate cross-site setting changes due to accuracy and operational risk.
The intent was to grant the India-based site admin full control within their own site only; however, enabling the Site Admin role—allowed changes to propagate across sites. Per our internal review, the root cause was enabling the Site Admin toggle. This incident has resulted in the Canadian sites shutting down work order…

Ability to store safety data sheets directly into Eptura Asset
Brooklyn Public Library currently stores Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in a separate system and is looking to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve accessibility by housing these documents directly within Eptura Asset. Given the operational nature of SDS documentation, they believe these records are best maintained within their facilities and maintenance platform.
At this time, SDS documents are not associated with specific assets, but rather with locations across their buildings. As such, the library is seeking the ability to store and organize documents at a location level, without requiring asset linkage.Desired Outcome:
Enable centralized document storage (e.g., PDFs such…1 vote
