  1. A large number of Enterprise clients have requested the ability to track labor hours/labor cost on Operators. Currently, labor hours/labor cost can be captured on Technicians on a Work Order, even when completing an Inspection as a Service Task; however, not on an Inspection for Operators using the Operator Companion App.

  2. When an Operator fails an Inspection, a WO is generated. Once the technician has completed the Work Order, there is no feedback/no notes available to the Operator to understand what was done to the Asset on the completed Work Order.

  3. When viewing Associated Parts within Asset Details, there may be a long list of parts. Enterprise client requested the ability to sort the parts by Part Types. There is currently no search bar in the Asset Parts.

  4. Adding the ability to return a part on the same PO was available on our legacy version, Classic. Enterprise client is frustrated with the current process in Lightning. When returning a part, it's on a separate PO. In this client's perspective, it's like purchasing an item at a store, obtaining a receipt, and then trying to returning that item on a completely different receipt that had nothing at all to do with the original transaction.

  5. Currently, the number of contact fields available in the Vendor Module is inadequate. Legacy versions of Eptura Asset, such as Classic, permitted additional fields. For example, client may have several contacts for the same Vendor. Additionally, there needs to be multiple phone number fields - one field for the Vendor's corporate number and additional fields for the client's cell number. This request is repeated frequently by many clients.

  6. Currently, the system allows the same Invoice # to be added more than once. Warning required. Client reports a lengthy/time-consuming process to rectify when receiving a part and allowing a duplicate Invoice #.

  7. Currently, clients can add a threshold to prevent spend over a specific amount per work order. This is a global setting within the WO workflow. However, client is asking for a flag to be raised when an asset has more than x number of reactive work orders created within a specific period of time, potentially indicating a time to replace rather than repair.

  8. Currently, clients are unable to inactivate unused Work Types in Settings. For clients who have a long list of unused/no longer used/no longer wanted Work Types, ALL Work Types continue to be displayed as options for the end user. Even if ADMIN's add a ZZZ or "Do Not Use", end users continue to select inappropriate Work Types.

  11. The Check All button when looking at Inspection Templates is a dark color and hard to see. Can the font color be adjusted to white or something lighter to view

  12. Use Case: Currently, clients can select up to 4 fields from a dropdown for "Text Line 1 - Text Line 4". Clients can select Base Unit of Measure, Bin, Bin Tree, Description, Part #, Part # + Description, and Part Type. The client requested another combined option: Add bin location & description on one line. Thank your the consideration.

  13. Almost every client with whom I have had the privilege of working has requested a better way to differentiate more clearly between their production site and their sandbox environments. Is there a way to vary in background color by chance? Thank you for your consideration.

  14. Add the ability to duplicate a Service Task. For example, clients can duplicate a PM; however, they cannot duplicate a Service Task to then create a slightly different Service Task.

  15. Please add a Service Task Import Tool within Eptura Asset. Currently, the data team can import Service Tasks in mass; however, the client cannot import Service Tasks in mass.

  16. The text in the browser tab title remains English after changing language preference to Francais. In the below image, you can see that the Asset page text is in French, but the tab title is in English.

  17. GET/WorkOrder API: Request to enhance. Add 4 keys: entityKey, assetKey, budgetKey, workTypeKey. Currently, makes it unstable. Not Enterprise level. Thank you for the consideration.

  18. Currently, can add the User and Sites; however, CANNOT add security roles. Extremely time consuming to add security role on all Sites for Enterprise clients. API development requested.

  19. Enhance Admin Permissions to be more granular in Lightning.

    In many cases, a set of admin permissions will come packaged. Meaning you can't have one without the other. For example when creating a maintenance plan, we would want the ability to add/edit but not disable.

  20. Some Enterprise clients want the ability to prevent the majority of their end users to reach out to Eptura's support team. Rather, they want the end users to go through their super users. They want only the super users submitting support tickets.
