   o When an asset is intentionally placed in a down state, preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and related work should not continue to progress against that asset. Examples such as standby boilers that are not being used and therefore should not require the same maintenance activities as active equipment.
   • False maintenance and inspection records
   o If the system continues generating inspections while an asset is down, technicians may complete inspections that were not actually required or performed on active equipment. As such, inspection records become permanent records and can create inaccurate maintenance histories.
   • Regulatory compliance risk
   o Maintenance and inspection records are often subject to review by regulators. In industries such as transportation and industrial operations, inaccurate inspection histories could create compliance issues because organisations may be unable to prove the correct maintenance activities were performed on active assets.
   • Legal and litigation exposure
   o Scenarios where equipment is intentionally downed due to accidents, investigations, insurance claims, or regulatory holds. If the system automatically treats the asset as active, users could mistakenly return the asset to service, potentially creating legal liability and issues during litigation or discovery processes.
   • Trust in system data
   o A major theme was that operators and technicians need to trust the system's status indicators. Users should be able to rely on a "down" status to drive appropriate behaviour. If the system behaves inconsistently, users lose confidence in the data and workflows.

2. Ability to store safety data sheets directly into Eptura Asset

   Brooklyn Public Library currently stores Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in a separate system and is looking to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve accessibility by housing these documents directly within Eptura Asset. Given the operational nature of SDS documentation, they believe these records are best maintained within their facilities and maintenance platform.
   At this time, SDS documents are not associated with specific assets, but rather with locations across their buildings. As such, the library is seeking the ability to store and organize documents at a location level, without requiring asset linkage.

   Desired Outcome:
   Enable centralized document storage (e.g., PDFs such as SDS files) within Eptura Asset, allowing users to easily access these documents via direct links when needed. This would simplify access, reduce reliance on external systems, and improve efficiency for staff managing safety and compliance information.

   Business Value:

   -Reduces dependency on third-party systems and associated costs

   • Improves accessibility and response time for safety documentation

   -Aligns document management with facility operations and workflows

   -Streamlines user experience with direct, in-platform access to critical files

3. Increase Axle Schema Flexibility for Complex Fleet Configurations

   Business Need
   Organizations with complex fleets need the ability to accurately represent real-world tire and axle configurations within Tire Management. Current system limitations prevent certain equipment and trailer setups from being modeled correctly, creating adoption barriers and requiring manual workarounds.

   Current Limitations

   Maximum of four tires per axle (two per side).
   No ability to support equipment requiring up to eight tires per axle.
   Axle names are fixed and cannot be customized.
   Limited flexibility for complex trailer and heavy equipment configurations.

   Requested Enhancements

   Support more than four tires per axle, including configurations with up to eight tires.
   Allow greater flexibility in axle schema design for complex equipment layouts.
   Enable custom axle naming to align with customer maintenance and operational terminology.

   Business Value These enhancements would allow customers to accurately model their fleet configurations, improve Tire Management adoption, reduce workarounds, and support more effective tire tracking, maintenance, and reporting. The inability to represent these configurations is currently a key obstacle for organizations evaluating whether to fully adopt and retain the Tire Management module.

4. asset IDs

   Please allow single digit/number asset assignments. As it is right now, single digit assets are not searchable in OC for drivers to be able to do inspections.
