Ability to store safety data sheets directly into Eptura Asset
Brooklyn Public Library currently stores Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in a separate system and is looking to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve accessibility by housing these documents directly within Eptura Asset. Given the operational nature of SDS documentation, they believe these records are best maintained within their facilities and maintenance platform.
At this time, SDS documents are not associated with specific assets, but rather with locations across their buildings. As such, the library is seeking the ability to store and organize documents at a location level, without requiring asset linkage.Desired Outcome:

Add Components to Cycle Counts
It is critical to be able to count all spare parts in our store room. Not being able to count components has us counting them off line. We must do this to stay in compliance with our policies and procedures. Otherwise we must do a 100% inventory at year end. We need to be able to add components to cycle counts in order to count the entirety of inventory. This also throws off your KPI's because it is misrepresenting counting your inventory at 100%... Components are part of inventory!

Vendor Management - Ability to bulk update the "CAN BE ASSIGNED FOR WORK" checkbox under vendor record settings
It would be nice to be able to bulk apply the permission CAN BE ASSIGNED FOR WORK checkbox to multiple vendors over having to do it one by one.
Use Case: If a customer has a large number of vendors in the system and they want that vendor to be searchable when applying them to work orders, the checkbox CAN BE ASSIGNED FOR WORK needs to be checked off in the vendor record details.
It would be highly valuable to enable bulk updates for the “Can Be Assigned for Work” checkbox across multiple vendor records, rather than requiring manual updates…

When a request is sent in via email to request, the attachments need to be uploaded to the request portal. It is difficult to implement the request portal to a college campus, publishing the email to request email works great however, none of the attachments make it into the request portal.

Add ability to print attachments in bulk
A large enterprise client is requesting the ability to print multiple work orders with attachments in mass. Currently, Eptura has the ability to print multiple work orders from the list view. We understand the BI Tool does not have access to the attachment file. Is it possible to add the ability to then print attachments in mass as a separate step?

Add ability to print multiple work orders with attachments from the WO list view
From the WO list view, clients currently have the ability to print multiple WO's. However, they do not have the ability to print multiple WO's with attachments. In the legacy version of ManagerPlus, there was an option to "print selected with attachments". Currently, if clients want to print attachments with their work orders, they have to go into the WO details, print the WO, and then print the attachments separately.

Support multi-language settings across all system ellements
Enable users to select a preferred language that fully translates all system elements—including standard fields, free-text inputs, inspection templates, preventive maintenance records, and related workflows—into the user’s language of choice. At present, there is no mechanism to support comprehensive, end‑to‑end language translation across the platform. This limitation significantly impacts global organizations, creating inefficiencies and friction in day‑to‑day operations and limiting their ability to operate seamlessly across regions both in desktop and mobile views.

Horizontal Scrollbar
Horizontal Scrollbar is missing in the list of records which should actually be a fundamental feature. As without horizonal / bottom scrollbar, it restricts the navigation between records and columns.

My ideas will not post!!!!
I want to be able to add an attachment (image) to each task on a PM. I can currently add attachments to the PM, but it's messy. When viewing these attachments from my tablet, it is in EDIT mode. I would like the mobile app to be read-only. That way, you can zoom in on an image to better see a procedure or specification. Example image below

Existing WO can only update WO status it will easier if technician is able to update the equipment status directly from the WO.
Maintenance team interested in monitoring WO and equipment status. Existing WO can only update the WO status but not the equipment/ asset status. If within the WO technician can update he equipment/asset status then the maintenance team will be able tabulate and calculate the uptime base on equipment/asset status base on the define equipment/asset status

Add the ability to add a custom field on the printable barcode label dropdown in PO Settings
Add further options to expand label printing customization. A large enterprise client needs to remove the barcode for space and add their "manufacture part number" custom field.

Expand the limit of 1200 Unique Parts on a Cycle Count to at least 5000
An enterprise client is requesting Eptura Asset expand the limit of 1200 unique parts on a Cycle Count. This enterprise client needs to upload 8K unique parts in the template. Currently, there is a limit of 1200 unique parts in Lightning/Eptura Asset. In Classic/legacy version of Eptura Asset, clients could upload 5K+ unique parts at a time.

Add an additional column on a WO to display a Part's Consumption Date
Currently, a part can be manually consumed before the WO is completed. A large enterprise client is requesting Eptura Asset adds an additional column when adding and then manually consuming a part on a WO. Once the part is manually consumed, please add a column to display the consumption date. This would be extremely helpful as this enterprise client needs to view the exact date the part was consumed - especially when a WO is open for a long period of time.

Add Granularity to the Security Roles
Many enterprise clients are requesting greater granularity be added to security roles. For example, labor codes need to be added by site. However, the enterprise Administrators cannot allow end users to have access to site settings; therefore, the responsibility to update labor codes per site is given back to the Admins. This is one of countless examples.

Add a permission feature option in security roles to prevent a technician from manually updating/overriding the completed date on a WO
Currently, a technician can manually update/override the completion date on a WO. An enterprise client wants the ability to prevent technician's from updating the completion date manually, as this is overriding the completed status date.

Add Service Task Import Tool
A large enterprise client is requesting a Service Task Import Tool. For most clients, the majority of Service Tasks are imported. However, this enterprise client has thousands of Service Tasks they need to import at least quarterly - quite atypical. For this client, their only option is to engage the data team as a paid service to upload in mass. They have requested the ability to upload in mass themselves via an Import Tool.
