Add Work Request Module to NEW Eptura Asset App
In the Work Companion App, end users have the ability to add a Work Request. Please add the ability to add a Work Request on the NEW Eptura Asset App. Thank you for your consideration. This is the one issue holding an enterprise client back from rolling out the New Eptura Asset App.

Increase Axle Schema Flexibility for Complex Fleet Configurations
Business Need
Organizations with complex fleets need the ability to accurately represent real-world tire and axle configurations within Tire Management. Current system limitations prevent certain equipment and trailer setups from being modeled correctly, creating adoption barriers and requiring manual workarounds.Current Limitations
Maximum of four tires per axle (two per side).
No ability to support equipment requiring up to eight tires per axle.
Axle names are fixed and cannot be customized.
Limited flexibility for complex trailer and heavy equipment configurations.Requested Enhancements
Support more than four tires per axle, including configurations with up to eight tires.
Allow greater flexibility in…1 vote -
Inspection QR Codes - Ability to Print to PDF
With inspections tied to many pieces of equipment, it becomes very frusterating when you cannot print an individual QR code for 1 piece of equipment. The only way to print an individual code for a single piece of equipment is to duplicate the inspection. This leads to an exponential amount of overhead if those inspections need to be updated.
Further more, there is no option to print directly to PDF. If the goal is to send off the codes to be printed by a third party, each QR code must be printed off, each taking up an entire sheet of…

Be able to see who assigned a work order to whom.
It would be helpful to be able to have a history/audit trail that tracks who assigned a work order to whom. Similar to the status history in a WO or PO. But specifically for the assignee portion of the WO.

Assets in a down state should not continue maintenance progression
• Assets in a down state should not continue maintenance progression
o When an asset is intentionally placed in a down state, preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and related work should not continue to progress against that asset. Examples such as standby boilers that are not being used and therefore should not require the same maintenance activities as active equipment.
• False maintenance and inspection records
o If the system continues generating inspections while an asset is down, technicians may complete inspections that were not actually required or performed on active equipment. As such, inspection records become permanent records and can…2 votes -

Asset Search in Mobile App
The ability to search for assets and have the information currently on the Companion app is very helpful. Not being able to do this on the updated Eptura app will delay our migration for sure. It helps to see previous WO, notes section, information regarding Serial # and current WOs.

It would be very useful if scheduled cycle counts would appear in the Asset app. Currently we can see the scheduled cycle counts via the desktop system but they don't show in the app.

Add Ability to Create New Work Order for Service Tasks from a Failed Inspection
Currently, end users are able to create a New Work for selected incomplete Service Tasks unless the Service Tasks are from a Failed Inspection.
An enterprise client is requesting the ability to move incomplete Service Tasks on a Work Order from Failed Inspection at the end of the week/end of the month. They want to see the work that has been complete, so they can close those Work Orders. Ideally, they would like a separate Work Order to every individual Service Task

Notify the system admin when the Geotab connector is down or failed to sync.
When the Geotab connector experiences a failure, there is currently no automated notification sent to system administrators. As a result, critical processes such as meter synchronization, PM launches, inspections, and work order generation can occur inconsistently or be triggered earlier or later than intended. This can create significant operational disruption and impact the reliability of maintenance workflows. We would like Eptura Asset to provide an automated notification or alert whenever the Geotab connector fails to sync, enabling administrators to quickly identify and address issues before they affect operations.

See vendor part # in the mobile app
For parts, there is a part # and description section. If using internal part # you have to fit OEM part # and description in one line. There is a Vendor Part # under the Vendor tab in the inventory section already that is unique per part. This Vendor Part # is also in the early release PO column chooser. Having that Vendor Part # accessible when creating a new part initially AND having it show up in the mobile app would be huge. It seem like the foundation is there.

Make destination warehouse field searchable regardless of site assignment
The only way to set up a transfer between sites the user has to have access to that site.
With that bottle neck, an admin would have to give everyone access to all entities to be able to use that feature. Which isn't very practical.
Could we make this field searchable across all entities regards of security roles assigned to each site?

Stop a user from entering too much text on a QR code request
Right now a user can enter as much text as they want when using the work request QR code feature. When they enter too much text, the request comes through blank, deeming it an unusable request. Please either make it unlimited or stop them from entering text at a certain limit so we are able to still get valuable information from a request that is submitted.

Add ability to control all modules access using Security Roles
Add option in Security Roles to control the visibility of all modules within Eptura Asset. Most are there currently, but Planning Board, Reports, BI, and Settings are not able to be hidden from a Role currently. There are use cases where it makes sense for these to be hidden from a role (vendor role for example) as you would not want want vendors to see other vendors used in the Planning Board, or the option to generate reports (Reports or BI). The ability to not allow report generation is there, but no reason to keep the modules listed on the…

Vendor Portal - Include a notification to the Eptura Asset user when a vendor has received/opened/actioned a work order
When a work order is emailed to a vendor, there is no notification back to the Eptura Asset user confirming that the vendor has received the work order and is actively working on it. As a result, a maintenance team would still be required to call the vendor to verify receipt and status. This visibility would add the greatest value to vendor portal processes/
