1. Enhance search functionality with the use of AI

   Enhance search bar capability to go beyond workorder number search or keyword. Customers are now accustomed to the mainstream experience of just asking a tool what they are looking for. Sample queries below: Followed up with a secondary question asking if the user would like to visualize this data in a visual form.

   “Show me all assets with more than three breakdowns in the past six months.”
   “Which vendors have the longest average response time to work orders?”
   “What’s the total downtime cost for HVAC systems last quarter?”
   “Which locations are consuming the most maintenance labor hours?”
   “Predict which chillers are most likely to fail in the next 60 days.”
   “Summarize all open corrective actions from our last safety audit.”
   “Which PMs are overdue this week across all sites?”
   “What assets are still under warranty that had a repair request?”
   “Show me the trend of maintenance cost per square foot this year vs. last year.”
   “List all assets that have exceeded their expected lifecycle cost.” “Show me all open work orders assigned to me today.”
   “What was done last time this pump alarmed for vibration?”
   “Pull up the wiring diagram for air handler AHU-03.”
   “Has anyone replaced the filter on this unit before? What part number was used?”
   “What’s the torque spec for this motor coupling?”

2. Create the ability to add an automatic fee to work orders

   I would like to assign an automatic fee to each work order (Ex. shop supplies) and the amount in USD.
