Email notifications to requester
We use an open portal for requesters to submit work orders. It would be nice that the requester would receive an update for when a work order is assigned, waiting on parts, completed, etc.

There is a notification that say it will do that, but I have not tested it.
Settings >> Notify >> New Implementation >> Work Requests >> Work Request Updates for Portal User.
