EDIT functionality for "Team days"
Currently, there is no way to add or remove colleagues from a Team Day without canceling the entire event. On high-traffic days, this is risky as we often lose the desks to others before we can re-book.
Please add an "Edit" function for Team Days to allow attendee such changes without losing the existing area reservation. TYIA4 votes -
Three letters for names
It would be great to have 3 letters instead of only 2 for the abbrevation of our names. We are so many people here, the initials of our names are not unique anymore and lead to confusion.

OneClickDelete option to be added for personal spaces and meeting spaces email reminders
Whilst this is available for email templates in the group setting, this isn't included in email reminder 48 hours before the booking.

Enable Engage Mobile App Check-in of QR Code without Scanning a QR Code
Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.

It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

Can you please make the option available? We are using Intelligent booking and the system is booking desks when people are booking rooms, we want to stop this as these people may stay only few minutes in the office and don't need a desk.2 votes -
Booking/Room Details for Meeting Attendees
This feature would allow the internal attendees of an Engage Meeting Room Booking to view the Booking/Room details as well as the floor plan for the Room they are schedule to be in. This feature should be available in Web and Mobile.

Can we add an fields under services in Event space - UK location?
requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.
Currently, the system supports the following four service types:
AV Services
Equipment
Supplies
CateringAs this is everyday task of the team which is been done manually currently. Would of great if this field can be added.

Flexible use of individual offices as workstations or meeting rooms
Our location has individual offices that can be used both as regular workstations and as meeting rooms. Currently, however, only one type of use can be selected per room in the booking system (workstation or meeting room).
We propose implementing an extended function in the system that allows both types of use to be mapped. Specifically, we would likeIndividual offices can be defined as a workplace and a meeting room at the same time.
If the workplace is booked in such a room, the room should be automatically blocked for meeting bookings during the same period (and vice versa).

For example, I work as an assistant and should be able to make team reservations for multiple teams, but this is not currently possible. It should also be possible to make reservations for teams one is not personally a part of.

Make Proxyclick / Visitor fields available on Outlook add-in
With the existing Outlook add-in, we have only the option to add the company name for a visitor on the drop down.

Ability to see hour and mile meter readings from asset management screen.
It would be nice to have the option from the column chooser list to be able to view the hours and miles. This would allow me to look at them from the asset management main screen. Right now I have to open each piece of equipment that I want to see the hours or miles one at a time.

Can we have a function where we can release desks for users to book at 10am. So we would like it everyday at 10am the desks become available to pour users for the 2nd day in advance. I am happy to have a call to discuss this

Hourly booking: "Find your team" functionality enhancements
Under the hourly booking model, the "Find My Team" feature no longer allows you to see which specific desk your colleagues are booked into. As a result, employees in our organisation know their team members are on-site but have no idea where they are located.
The all‑day booking model provided additional granularity and showed the specific desk(s) colleagues were booked into, making it easy to find them.

Hourly booking: Nominate the day resources are released
The hourly booking model does not let you specify on which day new resources can be released. It allows you to specify a time but this is hardcoded to release on Sundays (I believe Engage treats this as the first day of the week). The all day booking model allowed you to nominate a specific day for release. Can this please be added to the hourly booking model as well?

Fire Wardens only at home or approved sites
Fire Warden roles are often only valid in the site a person is trained to be a warden in. We need the ability to configure so that if a warden has a booking in a site they are not present in, then they will not show as a warden
