  1. Currently, there is no way to add or remove colleagues from a Team Day without canceling the entire event. On high-traffic days, this is risky as we often lose the desks to others before we can re-book.
    Please add an "Edit" function for Team Days to allow attendee such changes without losing the existing area reservation. TYIA

  2. It would be great to have 3 letters instead of only 2 for the abbrevation of our names. We are so many people here, the initials of our names are not unique anymore and lead to confusion.

  4. Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
    Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.

  5. Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.

    To ensure feature parity and improve check-in flexibility, we respectfully request an enhancement to the mobile application that would allow users to check into a personal space using the in-app “Check In” button as an alternative to scanning…

    It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

  6. Automatically stop desks being booked when people are booking rooms.
    Can you please make the option available? We are using Intelligent booking and the system is booking desks when people are booking rooms, we want to stop this as these people may stay only few minutes in the office and don't need a desk.

  7. Fire Warden roles are often only valid in the site a person is trained to be a warden in. We need the ability to configure so that if a warden has a booking in a site they are not present in, then they will not show as a warden

  8. This feature would allow the internal attendees of an Engage Meeting Room Booking to view the Booking/Room details as well as the floor plan for the Room they are schedule to be in. This feature should be available in Web and Mobile.

  11. When someone cancels their booking in Engage their status still shows as "in the office". Please have the system automatically change this to "Remote" or "booking cancelled" ?

  13. requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.

    Currently, the system supports the following four service types:

    AV Services
    Equipment
    Supplies
    Catering

    As this is everyday task of the team which is been done manually currently. Would of great if this field can be added.

    This is regarding Search Functionality.

    Ability to search for bookings by room only or building, without requiring VC ID, meeting title, host name, requestor name, or attendee name.

  16. Wir benötigen eine Option, die verhindert, dass Nutzer nach Tagesbeginn (ab 00:00 Uhr oder ab Startzeit der Buchung) Parkplatzbuchungen stornieren oder freigeben können. Ziel: verlässliche Nutzungserfassung, konsistente Reports und korrekte monatliche Abrechnung.
    Problem

    Parkplätze sind abrechnungsrelevant.
    Nutzer können trotz Nutzung am Morgen die Buchung am selben Tag löschen → die Buchung verschwindet aus Monatsreports → keine Verrechnung möglich → finanzielle Abweichungen.
    Bestehende Optionen (Check‑in/Auto‑Release/Fixed Desk) lösen den Parking‑Use‑Case nicht.

    Gewünschte Funktion
    Konfigurierbare Sperre auf Ressourcen‑, Gruppen‑ oder Systemebene:

    „Prevent same‑day cancellation/release“ oder „Lock after start of day/start time“.

  17. Our location has individual offices that can be used both as regular workstations and as meeting rooms. Currently, however, only one type of use can be selected per room in the booking system (workstation or meeting room).
    We propose implementing an extended function in the system that allows both types of use to be mapped. Specifically, we would like

    • Individual offices can be defined as a workplace and a meeting room at the same time.

    • If the workplace is booked in such a room, the room should be automatically blocked for meeting bookings during the same period (and vice versa).

  19. Proximity check out – Have you explored the auto check out when the user is away from the Geo location. It should also give exception options to retain seats if the person is stepping out for a short time outside of the building and coming back later.

  20. The email notification templates at a group level to also include the 'Booking
    deleted by' option. This can support the user to find who deleted the booking.
    Some of the admins have deleted the bookings but user has reached out to our
    team to find the details.
