Great news - your idea has been approved for inclusion in our product roadmap! Please note that the final feature set may evolve as we incorporate additional customer feedback, conduct product and design research, and consider broader use cases beyond the original request. We appreciate your input and will keep you updated as development progresses.

  2. Our firm uses Eptura Engage Workspace Reservations across multiple global offices, allowing personnel to reserve personal and meeting spaces at their home office or while traveling.

As some offices reach capacity on certain days, we explored using the Workweeks feature to limit personal-space reservations to designated onsite days. However, Workweek assignments apply to the user globally, regardless of office location. As a result, an employee restricted from booking a personal space on certain days at their home office is also restricted when visiting another office. Workweeks also apply only to personal spaces, not meeting spaces.

    We are requesting an enhancement…

  3. Currently, preferential booking is only available for Personal Spaces. We would like to see this functionality extended to Meeting Spaces as well.

This would allow designated user groups or departments to have booking priority for specific meeting rooms, helping organizations better manage high-demand spaces and support operational requirements.

This enhancement would provide greater flexibility, improve space management, and help customers align meeting room access with their business needs.

  4. The new live analytics feature is nice. Unfortunately, the data it gives is terribly limited due to the inability to report on groups, departments, profiles, or the entire service.

Adding the ability to see more than a country and location is essential to understanding the viability and engagement of the platform.

  5. Prevent users from completing room reservations through the Outlook Calendar + Eptura Engage Add-in workflow when no meeting subject has been provided.

    Problem Statement

When users book meeting rooms through the Eptura Engage Add-in within Outlook Calendar, reservations can be submitted without a meeting subject.

Where a meeting subject is required by organizational policy, the reservation may subsequently fail, creating a disconnect between the user's action and the final outcome.

From the end-user perspective, this often appears as:
    - A room booking issue
    - A synchronization problem
    - An Eptura application issue
rather than a missing meeting subject.

  6. Allow Device Health email notifications to optionally include affected device information directly within the alert email.

    Problem Statement

Current Device Health notifications provide a summary count of devices that have not reported a heartbeat.

While detailed information is available within Device Hub, administrators must first log into the platform to identify the specific devices requiring attention.

For organizations operating across multiple sites, regions or support teams, this creates an additional investigation step before troubleshooting can begin.

    Proposed Enhancement

Add an optional notification mode that includes affected device information directly within the email.

    Possible fields:
    - Country
    - Site
    - Building…

  7. Enable organizations to grant access to Device Health and device monitoring capabilities without providing broader administrative permissions.

    Problem Statement

Device Hub currently supports role-based access control based on geographic hierarchy:
    - Global Administrator
    - Country Administrator
    - Location Administrator

While this allows organizations to delegate administration by region or location, it does not support access control based on function or responsibility.

Many organizations operate distributed support models where technical support teams need visibility into device health, diagnostics and operational alerts, but should not have access to broader administrative functions such as platform configuration or user management.

    As a result, organizations…

  8. We have 8 buildings with 7 floors per building. So people using the floorplan VERY regularly but they are not able to find it. It´s very frustrating for them until they understand, that they have to select a certain floor to see the floorplan. We are getting quite often calls, where users ask, where the meeting room is. Because only the host/requestor see it on the Todays Page.

Request: Floorplans should be more visible to everybody, people also using it to check when a certain meeting room is free. Is more easier for them, then the grid view.

  9. Food and baverages are not able to split, so it´s a big problem for the kitchen/ service to check if the order is for the kitchen/ service or for both.

  10. We got many complaints about the Webinterface searching mask, because it´s resetting everytime when you change something. As all of the 8 buildings are connected, people select another building when they don´t find a suitable space. Therefore they are forced to change the time and time multiple times before they are finding a room.

Request: Keep the entered searching cirterias until the page is opend again or for a period of time

  11. For example: If you have booked a meeting from 9-12 AM with catering and then you reschedule it for 8-12, the catering time is not adapting automatically.

If the catering time and the meeting time is the same, it should follow this logic.

  12. Administrators need the ability to temporarily remove resources from booking availability for a defined period (e.g., maintenance, repairs, inspections) without impacting existing bookings.
The customer manages a large number of workplace resources and requires an efficient way to block new reservations while preserving confirmed bookings.

    Current Behaviour
When a resource is closed, all future bookings are cancelled, even if the closure is only intended for a specific timeframe.

    Challenge
    - Existing meetings/bookings should remain intact.
    - Only new bookings should be prevented during the maintenance window.
    - Current workaround is highly manual and time-consuming:
    - Create multiple availability blocks around…

  13. Organizations using assigned or permanently allocated desks may occasionally need to temporarily close buildings, floors, or resources due to maintenance, refurbishment, seasonal closures, relocations, business continuity measures, or operational events.
When a location or resource is temporarily closed, existing fixed desk allocations are currently removed and cannot be automatically restored once the location is reopened.
This creates significant administrative overhead and operational risk, particularly in large enterprise environments where hundreds of users may have permanent desk assignments.

    Current Behaviour
    - Users are assigned permanent/fixed desks.
    - A building, floor, or desk resource is temporarily set to "Closed".
    - Existing fixed…

  14. Problem: Location admins cannot override the capacity when they are booking a conference booking. It also gives more transparency to the vendors as they can give a certain name to a room combination.

Feature request: Booking linked spaces with Exchange like you do without.

  15. Problem: The Webinterface is not supporting hybrid meeting culture. So if you turn on the capacity search, you cannot override it and invite more attendees. Which is a no go.

  17. That is also a big problem, as they cannot book linked spaces via Exchange and in the Conference Booking they cannot override the capacity, what they should be able to do.

Request: Updating the capacity like a country/ global admin

  18. We have the problem, that we have several items where more then one vendor needs to be involved. For example: pretzel, one Service needs to bake the pretzel and the kitchen needs to butter it, but when one of them is accepting the order, the other vendors doesn´t know that they must also do something. We need a flow for the items so that multiple vendors can perform actions against that item in the order.

  20. the vendors are getting way to many emails. We figured out, that they are added as default to "Change of Booking" and "Notification of cancellation" what is more likely for the user. So if you don´t know this, our vendors got the vendor email + the user email. This is leading to a big manuel effort to change all email templates

Request: Change the email templates and remove the vendor from the user templates
