EDIT functionality for "Team days"
Currently, there is no way to add or remove colleagues from a Team Day without canceling the entire event. On high-traffic days, this is risky as we often lose the desks to others before we can re-book.
Please add an "Edit" function for Team Days to allow attendee such changes without losing the existing area reservation. TYIA4 votes -
Three letters for names
It would be great to have 3 letters instead of only 2 for the abbrevation of our names. We are so many people here, the initials of our names are not unique anymore and lead to confusion.

OneClickDelete option to be added for personal spaces and meeting spaces email reminders
Whilst this is available for email templates in the group setting, this isn't included in email reminder 48 hours before the booking.

Desk groups that can be released to other/all groups within X amount of days
Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.3 votes -
Enable Engage Mobile App Check-in of QR Code without Scanning a QR Code
Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.
To ensure feature parity and improve check-in flexibility, we respectfully request an enhancement to the mobile application that would allow users to check into a personal space using the in-app “Check In” button as an alternative to scanning…
3 votesIt is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

Can you please make the option available? We are using Intelligent booking and the system is booking desks when people are booking rooms, we want to stop this as these people may stay only few minutes in the office and don't need a desk.2 votes -
Fire Wardens only at home or approved sites
Fire Warden roles are often only valid in the site a person is trained to be a warden in. We need the ability to configure so that if a warden has a booking in a site they are not present in, then they will not show as a warden

When someone cancels a booking in Engage, please have the system cancel their "in the office" status
When someone cancels their booking in Engage their status still shows as "in the office". Please have the system automatically change this to "Remote" or "booking cancelled" ?

Can we add an fields under services in Event space - UK location?
requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.
Currently, the system supports the following four service types:

Supplies

Key worker role on grid view
Ability to see the key worker role icons on the booking grid for personal spaces, as this would ideal for a quick view.

Wir benötigen eine Option, die verhindert, dass Nutzer nach Tagesbeginn (ab 00:00 Uhr oder ab Startzeit der Buchung) Parkplatzbuchungen stornieren oder freigeben können. Ziel: verlässliche Nutzungserfassung, konsistente Reports und korrekte monatliche Abrechnung.
ProblemParkplätze sind abrechnungsrelevant.
Nutzer können trotz Nutzung am Morgen die Buchung am selben Tag löschen → die Buchung verschwindet aus Monatsreports → keine Verrechnung möglich → finanzielle Abweichungen.

Flexible use of individual offices as workstations or meeting rooms
Our location has individual offices that can be used both as regular workstations and as meeting rooms. Currently, however, only one type of use can be selected per room in the booking system (workstation or meeting room).
We propose implementing an extended function in the system that allows both types of use to be mapped. Specifically, we would likeIndividual offices can be defined as a workplace and a meeting room at the same time.
If the workplace is booked in such a room, the room should be automatically blocked for meeting bookings during the same period (and vice versa).
