Whilst this is available for email templates in the group setting, this isn't included in email reminder 48 hours before the booking.

Enable Engage Mobile App Check-in of QR Code without Scanning a QR Code
Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.
To ensure feature parity and improve check-in flexibility, we respectfully request an enhancement to the mobile application that would allow users to check into a personal space using the in-app “Check In” button as an alternative to scanning…

It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

Can we add an fields under services in Event space - UK location?
requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.
Currently, the system supports the following four service types:
AV Services
Equipment
Supplies
CateringAs this is everyday task of the team which is been done manually currently. Would of great if this field can be added.

Engage Digital Display for Office Entryway
Our organization has deployed Engage desk and room screens, and more recently QR codes, across our offices worldwide. To further streamline the end-user experience when visiting an Engage-enabled office, we are requesting the implementation of a Digital Signage Display.
This display would consist of a medium- to large-format high-definition television connected to the Engage ecosystem, providing a real-time view of the office floor plan. Employees and guests could then easily identify available personal and meeting spaces.
Our organization intends to place these displays near the main entryway of each office to maximize visibility and convenience.

Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users
Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users too? We would like to have a timestamped record that they actually came into the office. Flexi option will bump the desk, so we prefer not to use that feature for fixed-desk users since they may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time.

Food Service Cut-off time
The catering cut-off time should be limited to Monday-to-Friday business days only. The current 7-day cut-off is impractical for the business and is creating challenges for reporting and delivering efficient service.

Desk booking slots restrictions should have option to operate independently of each other.
Example:
Group A has restriction for 2 booking slots
Group B has restriction for 1 booking slots
User should have option to book all 3 slots providing they have permissions to both groups.Currently system counts the users booking and restricts in all groups they have permission too. So if they booking 1 or 2 slots in Group A they will not be able to book any desks in Group B.

Catering Cost Display Limitation
Please note that catering service costs cannot be individually hidden at this time due to current system design. All catering details—including itemized costs and totals—are included by default in the booking email.We kindly request that the ability to hide or customize catering costs in the email notifications be considered for future development, as this functionality would support more flexible and user-specific communication needs.

Desk/meeting cancellation alerts to employees wanting to make a booking
It would be useful if users could create an alert whereby when a member of staff cancels a desk, employees who have activated a cancellation alert can book that desk on a first come first served basis.
It is not an uncommon theme for some teams to meet their 2 day PW office days but are are sat on opposite sides of the room or different floors. In some cases, staff select different days than their team to meet the obligation, disrupting productivity.

I would like to request the inclusion of vendor services functionality in the Eptura Outlook Add-in, comparable to what is currently available in the web application when submitting a new reservation. Specifically, features such as Attendees, Food Service, and Equipment should be supported within the Outlook Add-in to ensure a consistent and comprehensive booking experience across platforms.

Flexible use of individual offices as workstations or meeting rooms
Our location has individual offices that can be used both as regular workstations and as meeting rooms. Currently, however, only one type of use can be selected per room in the booking system (workstation or meeting room).
We propose implementing an extended function in the system that allows both types of use to be mapped. Specifically, we would likeIndividual offices can be defined as a workplace and a meeting room at the same time.
If the workplace is booked in such a room, the room should be automatically blocked for meeting bookings during the same period (and vice versa).

"Vendors" must be available for Location Admins too!
The "Vendor" menu is currently not available to other admins, which is really impacting our life. They should have the option to manage vendors by themselves, grant access, create new ones and even update their responsibilities.
Please update this function, so that location admins can also update vendors!

Order Catering: Set "Catering (All Items) as standard instead of "Please select"
If you are ordering catering at the moment, you always have to click twice per item. First the group you want to have and afterwards the item itself.
Instead of having as default "Please select" please set "Catering (All Items) as default, that would eliminate in 80% of the bookings the second click and would be much more efficient.

Translate Service Items
Currently it´s not possible to translate service items like Catering, Equipment etc. to different languages. Please offer the possibility to translate service items too! We have many locations which are dealing with at least two languages, so we have to bring this option also to the service part. This is really crucial for us!

Allow Team Day bookings to be booked before bookings open for all users.
Allow Team Day bookings to be booked before bookings open for all users. Please allow Team Day bookings to open 1 week before bookings for all users. Our users are in the habit of booking desks as soon as the booking week opens, so it is difficult to get desks for teams to sit together using the teams day feature. If teams days were able to be booked a few days before the grid opens to all users, it would be very beneficial and allow teams to sit together on their team days.

show room capacity on screens
If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.
This suggestion was created in 2022 on the old UserVoice platform and had already 22 votes.
