Make non-consecutive days available for closing resources. Right now, days can only be closed consecutive days. I get many requests to close resources on non-consecutive days, such as a Monday and then Wednesday.

Hovering over a meeting - needs to remain longer.
When hovering over a meeting - the meeting details show for just a few seconds before disappearing.

Unify booking behavior between booking grid and booking form
At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.
The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

Need Attribute Names column in the DDC tables
We are currently using Resource Status report from Condeco application. We would like to consume DDC tables to recreate the report and capture data everyday. Please add "Attribute names " column.

Add ability to hide +15min option from room screens
Our web application is set to only have meetings of 30 min increments - however on the room screens, the option for 15 min meeting increments show up - we have been told that there is no way to remove the 15 min button from the screens - this is confusing for the user experience because when 15 mins is shown on the screen, the screen only books 30 min increments. Please allow us to delete the 15 min option from the room screens!!!!

"Also delete from outlook calendar" button to be mandatorily checked
We have the "copy to outlook" button permanently checked - can we please have the option to have the "Also delete outlook calendar event" permanently checked as well?
Also, admins should have the option to delete the outlook calendar events. Only the person who booked the meeting has the check box option. This is causing a lot of issues with bookings currently at our firm.

Allow Hourly Bookings to Span Midnight
Currently, hourly bookings cannot extend across midnight (12:00 AM). This creates inefficiency, as users must make two separate bookings—one before and one after midnight—for what is effectively a single continuous booking. Allowing bookings to span across midnight would simplify the process and improve efficiency for users.

Additional User Roles
Ability to add additional User Roles to be searchable on the floorplan. Currently there is "Fire Marshall", "First Aider" and "Mental Health First Aider" but our client would like to add some additional roles for supporting colleagues.

Customizable pop-up
When a floor plan has no desks or desks are disabled for booking or search for desk has no hits, a user will see a pop-up message "There are currently no available personal spaces. Press OK to search again or Cancel to stay in the floor plan.". Would be good if that message can be customized and applicable per floor plan.

Improve Logging and Messaging for Administrators
Our organization has experienced three (3) separate critical production issues in which Managed Meeting Room requests submitted through the Engage web application were automatically deleted by the system. Although the root causes of these issues differed, the consistent behavior across incidents made it difficult for both our organization and Eptura Support to promptly identify and troubleshoot the problems.
In each instance, when a reservation request was automatically deleted, the system failed to send email notifications to system administrators and the requestor. In addition, the booking summary incorrectly recorded the deletion as having been completed by the user rather than by…

Disallow double book for the hourly personal space
Currently, Engage allows users to book multiple different desks at the same time and date under “Hourly Personal Space.” Please align this with the “All Personal Spaces” or “Shift Booking” setting so that users cannot book multiple desks simultaneously. After all, each user only has one seat—and one place to sit at a time.

Allow Executive Admins to Book Multiple Personal Spaces per Day
Please bring back being able to book multiple personal spaces on the same day for Executive Admins. Example: Executive Admins book for multiple Executives and being able to book multiple PERSONAL spaces on the same day would be great. Right now, they are booking one space and then calling someone else to book the other.

Weekly summary of upcoming bookings in the next 2 weeks
It would be great if people can receive a weekly summary of the upcoming bookings in the next week or so. Would also be great if there is a cancellation button that people can click to cancel their bookings directly from the email.

Show room alert text when booking on mobile
Currently if you book a room on desktop, it shows alert text about the room (if its been configured with it) but this text isn't shown on the mobile booking journey. This makes the alert kind of pointless if it has important room info in it as it will never be seen by mobile users.

Automatically Update Work Status to 'Remote' When Personal Space Booking is Canceled
It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.
Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

Release Hourly Workstations by Fixed Weekday Instead of Days in Advance
Release of Hourly Workstations- currently they are released by a fixed number of days out. Please consider to release by week (similar to the earlier workstations configuration), wherein it can be set up to release workstations on a fixed day for 2 weeks ahead.
Less change for behaviour required by the colleagues for this; and yet be able to benefit from hourly bookings.

Simplify Room Descriptions to Avoid Outlook Character Limits
We are having trouble with large cross site bookings as the the outlook limit for characters is only 250. I know this is out of our control but could we reduce the size of the room descriptions to "meeting room6 4th floor" instead of the repetitive " Client Meeting Room 10, Meeting Room, 7th Floor (7), Liverpool SPS, UK. thanks

Condeco is supporting very limited ACS solution Currently only supporting 12 ACS solution to enable the ACS automated check in, and
Currently, only 12 ACS solutions are supported to enable the ACS automated check-in, and this is too limited. Some other popular ACS solutions used in the APAC market are Integriti and Siemens SiPass. The former is hugely popular in Australia, with many councils having this as their system of choice. Please consider having a direct integration for Condeco with these two systems.

No synchronization when meeting is ending early (via screen for example)
When I end earlier a meeting via the Condeco screen, there is a synchronization with Outlook and so, all the attendees receive an update about this past meeting.
In this case, users don't want to receive this update notification in Outlook, because the meeting has already ended.
So please, don't synchronize the meetings which are ending earlier1 vote
