Ability to add multiple vendors for one article
Want to have multiple vendors assigned to one article, for example we have multiple vendors working in the same building who can all deliver pretzels or coffee at the same price. vendors will decide between themselves which one will fulfil the order based on their capacity.

On managed meeting rooms, include the meeting status on the view visible to approvers. This detail is crucial in prioritizing the requests received and would be a highly useful field to view in this location.

Vendor team requests the need-to-know granular details of the amendments being done on a past/upcoming booking so as to charge back to cost-centers correctly.

Allow Admin users/Helpdesk to cancel rejected work requests
As it stands, Admins are unable to edit rejected work requests at all. Ideally we would be able to push Rejected jobs through the normal "Cancelled" to "Completed" to "Closed" workflow. We cannot rely on the end users to consistently remove these jobs, so they naturally build up, rather than naturally closing within the system.
This could be achieved through the "Maintenance console" or via "Search and Manage Work Requests"

Floorplan file path when viewing floorplan group from floorplan on desk booking home screen. This was on previous versions but was removed when floorplans were changed to allow zoom. I logged fault call 771993 to look at.

OneClickDelete option to be added for personal spaces and meeting spaces email reminders
Whilst this is available for email templates in the group setting, this isn't included in email reminder 48 hours before the booking.

M365 Integration
As a Global Admin it would be useful to have the capability to disable the feature flag for basic users so the it doesn't automatically check the 'Add to Outlook calendar'.
This feature is currently only available to switch off for admins only.
This feature would be helpful to eliminate the risk of emails going out to external contacts.

Feature Request – Parking Indicator in Engage Add-In
Hello,
I would like to requests a new feature in the Engage Outlook Add-In to support parking space planning for meeting participants.
Currently, the Add-In allows organizers to indicate whether participants will attend on-site or virtually. However, there is no option to specify which attendees require parking.
The proposed enhancement is to introduce a parking requirement indicator (e.g., a checkbox per participant) within the participant selection interface. Additionally, this information should be included in the visitor report to support facility and reception teams in managing parking capacity.

It would be very helpful for global administrators to be able to customize the booking summary. This would allow the summary to be tailored to the company's needs.

Desk groups that can be released to other/all groups within X amount of days
Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.3 votes -
Remove Deactivated Accounts
Remove deactivated accounts that are no longer in sync via SCIM/AD from client systems.
Old staff continue to show up in reporting and could lead to GDPR issues.

Advance Confirmation Email
It would be beneficial to introduce an automated advance confirmation email feature within Eptura Engage. Currently, advance confirmation emails are sent manually the day before a scheduled visit or meeting, which can be time-consuming and increases the risk of missed communications.
The proposed functionality would automatically send a reminder email to the meeting room requestor one day before the booking. The email could prompt the organiser to confirm whether the meeting is still proceeding, provide any outstanding visitor details, and ensure all relevant information has been supplied ahead of the visit.

Enable setup and clear down to sync with M365
Setup and clear down buffers are essentially system bookings either side of a user booking. Can the system not create and sync these buffers under a system account? This would then keep both platforms looking the same.

Enable closure booking to sync with M365
When closing a room in Engage, there is no corresponding block created in the M365 Room Account. While Microsoft Exchange does not support the concept of 'closing' a room, in principle, the closure is just a booking made by the system rather than an end user.
When enabling a room closures, can the system not create a booking in M365 using a system account? This would then mirror the closure scenario in both platforms.
