Filter by custom roles in “Find your Team”
In “Find your Team” we can filter by default roles (e.g., Fire Marshal, First Aider), but filters for custom roles are not available.
We recently created a custom role called “Security Officer” (German: “Sicherheitsbeauftragter”). Users can be assigned to this role successfully, but it cannot be used as a filter in “Find your Team”.
• Expected behavior: All roles assigned to users — including tenant-specific custom roles — are available as filter criteria in “Find your Team” on both web and mobile.
• Actual behavior: Only default, system-provided roles appear as filter options.
• Why this matters: Being able to locate colleagues by organization-specific safety and compliance roles (like “Security Officer”) is important for daily operations and incident response, and it aligns the experience with the built-in roles.
Could you please consider adding support for filtering by custom roles?
