  1. Enable a rule that automatically releases fixed desks reserved for senior executives when they are not in use, so these desks become bookable by other users on those days. This ensures that senior executives always have guaranteed desks on the days they are on-site, while maximising utilisation by making the same desks available to everyone on the remaining days of the week.

  2. Currently, the system displays a generic error message when a user scans a QR code to book a workspace but already has an active booking. This creates confusion and leads to unnecessary support tickets, as the message looks like a technical fault and provides no clear guidance.
    Current Situation:

    User scans a QR code to book a workspace.
    If an active booking already exists, a generic error message appears without explanation or options.

    Problem:

    Users do not understand why the booking fails.
    No clear instructions or alternatives are provided → frustration and increased support workload.

  3. Send an email/notification 10 minutes before reservation is completed. This will remind them that they need to wrap up for the day, so the next reservation does not have to wait or "fight" for their booked workstation.

  4. Please note that catering service costs cannot be individually hidden at this time due to current system design. All catering details—including itemized costs and totals—are included by default in the booking email.We kindly request that the ability to hide or customize catering costs in the email notifications be considered for future development, as this functionality would support more flexible and user-specific communication needs.

  5. It would be useful if users could create an alert whereby when a member of staff cancels a desk, employees who have activated a cancellation alert can book that desk on a first come first served basis.

    It is not an uncommon theme for some teams to meet their 2 day PW office days but are are sat on opposite sides of the room or different floors. In some cases, staff select different days than their team to meet the obligation, disrupting productivity.

  6. We recently started using our HR system to log whereabouts ie working in the office, remotely etc. We've had some questions from our users on whether we can turn off the status tab that shows on the home screen in Eptura Engage - as it led them to be confused as it doesn't match what their status shows in our HR system.

    It would be good to have a way for us to turn this off on a global level so no users see that status tab on the homescreen.

  7. The "Vendor" menu is currently not available to other admins, which is really impacting our life. They should have the option to manage vendors by themselves, grant access, create new ones and even update their responsibilities.

    Please update this function, so that location admins can also update vendors!

  8. If you are ordering catering at the moment, you always have to click twice per item. First the group you want to have and afterwards the item itself.
    Instead of having as default "Please select" please set "Catering (All Items) as default, that would eliminate in 80% of the bookings the second click and would be much more efficient.
    We have locations where we have 95% catering in all meetings - let´s make the order process easier!

  9. Currently it´s not possible to translate service items like Catering, Equipment etc. to different languages. Please offer the possibility to translate service items too! We have many locations which are dealing with at least two languages, so we have to bring this option also to the service part. This is really crucial for us!

  10. Allow Team Day bookings to be booked before bookings open for all users. Please allow Team Day bookings to open 1 week before bookings for all users. Our users are in the habit of booking desks as soon as the booking week opens, so it is difficult to get desks for teams to sit together using the teams day feature. If teams days were able to be booked a few days before the grid opens to all users, it would be very beneficial and allow teams to sit together on their team days.

  11. If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

    This suggestion was created in 2022 on the old UserVoice platform and had already 22 votes.

  13. We have an issue when a board meeting is going on. We need to create a floating group for 30 people and assign a QR code to each floating desk. We keep it in the book for users to scan. This is very urgent, as we have a board meeting scheduled for the upcoming week. This security concern is for safety reasons.

    We have around 50 desks in the office, and for the board meeting, so many people are coming to the office or the annual function, we would like to have a command QR code that can scan more…

  14. Could columns be re-order to have the Meeting Room column (Location) directly after the Date/Time of the meeting to avoid scrolling to the end of each line + full visibility of the location details to avoid hovering over for full room details.
    The column order would be on the line of: Time – Meeting – Location – Booking VC/ID – Status - Host – WorkSpace

  15. Current API allows the fetching of Eptura Profile ID based on passthrough of Email Address Attribute. We would like to pass across our unique employee identifier code (BRID) in place of Email Address to fetch the Eptura Profile ID for a variety of reasons where Email Address may not be matching, such as change of business entity, users changing their last name or rejoining the business etc. whereby email changes have API returning two different user records — one active and one historical and consequently cannot match the user returning in with error.

  16. Dear Condeco Epture Team,

    I am writing to request the addition of a new feature to the Device Hub.

    Feature Request:
    Please add the ability to restart V2 Android screens in bulk, regardless of their floor location.

    Current Limitation:
    At present, the bulk restart option is only available for devices located on the same floor. We must first select a specific floor, after which the “Restart all X devices” option appears, allowing us to restart only the devices associated with that floor.

  17. It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.

    Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

  19. RE the recent change of not giving users access to booking details that occurred more than 30 days in the past, it feels like Condeco is introducing unnecessary barriers to user performance. We shouldn’t need to run reports every time we need to access past bookings information. We are going backwards with this change. All information should remain easily accessible to users. Condeco says this is 'to improve performance', but I can guarantee this is not for the users benefit at all. We deal with 5000+ bookings per month.     Thank you for your feedback on this matter. The recent changes were implemented to enhance the application's performance, and we've observed significant improvements in both response time and overall speed. However, we recognize that some data previously accessible through the Booking form is not visible in the Booking Summary. We are working to enhance the Booking Summary to display all relevant meeting data so that past bookings can be replicated without the need to use the 'Reports' section of Condeco.

    We'd would also like to highlight that it is still possible to view bookings on the Booking Grid and use the 'Copy' function to replicate the meeting at a future date.
