Adding new rooms -- to catering item process
Adding New Rooms to catering item:
- Current process is slow because each catering item must be assigned individually.
Suggested improvement:
- Allow adding catering to a specific room, rather than assigning rooms to each catering item.Can this other way round has any workaround where we can add catering items to rooms rather than assigning rooms to each catering item as it consumes longer time.

Monthly booking limit per user (e.g. 12 days per month)
Currently, Eptura Engage does not support limiting bookings per user within a calendar month.
For our desk sharing setup, this is essential to ensure fair access to workspaces.
The existing limit on active bookings is not sufficient, as users can still book many days across a month.
We need a configurable group-level rule to cap booking days per month (e.g. 12 days).
Once the limit is reached, no further bookings should be allowed in that month.
An optional override for special roles or projects would be helpful.
Visibility of remaining booking days for users would improve transparency.

Who is in the office today?
Mobile app - See who's in. This currently only shows who's in the office per your group.
Would be great to show all staff who are in the office that day. As a safety protocol, we need to account for everyone in the office during emergencies. If we can access this on our phone, rather than pulling a report on the website, this can be useful during emergencies.

Enable Engage Mobile App Check-in of QR Code without Scanning a QR Code
Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.
To ensure feature parity and improve check-in flexibility, we respectfully request an enhancement to the mobile application that would allow users to check into a personal space using the in-app “Check In” button as an alternative to scanning…
3 votesIt is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

Single booking journey to book multiple space types (eg desk and parking space)
We've love to have a single user journey when a user decides to come into the office that gives them the option to book a desk and parking space at the same time - perhaps integrated with a waitlist function. We have many users who can get a desk but not a parking space and vice versa.

Support a service account ownership model that supports room as organizer bookings
When a new booking is created in a scenario with an active Exchange integration and mailbox mapping for a room, Engage does currently not provide the option for Cisco Room Navigator devices to properly handle the check-in from the Cisco panels (via Exchange mailbox). Bookings that are not synchronized to ones personal calendar (add to my calendar checkbox) will result in a room as the only attendee for a meeting, where the check-in trigger via Exchange fails due to missing organizer of the meeting. My team attendance overview
Some colleagues suggested they are not interested in seeing who is in the "My Team Overview" who have only booked a room, not a desk. Because many meetings take place remotely and this does not mean necessarily that the host who booked the room is attending themselves. A Filter for personal spaces or meetings spaces would help in this case.

Allow Visitor (Proxyclick) to find a visitor profile without an e-mail address
Currently if you add a visitor to a meeting in Engage and do not specify an e-mail address, a duplicate profile is created in Visitor (Proxyclick). We will end up with hundreds of versions of the same visitor this way.
Example here of choosing a visitor, and then their profile duplicating.

Assign two employees to the same office.
Have the ability to assign two leaders to the same office so they both show on the floor plan. Also, the ability to assign 4 maintenance teach to the one maintenance office. This will help provide true numbers of assigned onsite employees and visibility on the floor plan.

Emails for User and Vendor - What was changed is not visible
f you ordering a larger catering and some items are increased, decreased or even cancelled it´s not visible to them what was changed. Which leads to a big manual effort as they always have to check the original ordering against the update.
Request: Update the catering table with the changes and highlight them with a colour.

Weekly reminder email for next week's meeting and desk bookings with ability to cancel
We want to have a weekly reminder email sent to users with their bookings for the next week and deep links that will allow them to cancel any of the bookings that they no longer need. This should contain both personal space and meeting space bookings in one email.

Ability to search service items by typing the first letters in the booking field.
As we have so many service items, it would be better if we could search an item to be added to a booking by typing the first letters of the item instead of scrolling down a very long list to find the item. The same as we have for names of host, requestor or any internal staff.
