  1. Since we can book a room from the portal floor plan now, why cant we do the same from the Condeco Kiosk,
    so instead of only finding a desk and bookiung it, the user can also search and booking a room

  2. The application is unusable. THE WORST APPLICATION THAT I EVER SEEN. When the booking become available, even if I am authenticated it takes ages to display the option to book. When trying to book it takes me out and is saying that authentication is not successful made. Then, when I enter and reenter the credentials for multiple times it returns to the login screen as like the waiting time has passed and you need to reauthenticate. 20 minutes trying to book a space and nothing happens, really? Either your application is the worst developed, or the resources that are used…

  3. We’d like the ability to duplicate services from one booking to another. For instance, if we have a predefined list of equipment services that will be reused in a different booking, it would be helpful to copy and paste them rather than re-entering each item manually again

  4. Condceo is booking automatically a new room, when one meeting room is not free. This function needs to be switched off fot admins.

  5. Please take away this option for staff to make themselves anonymous (or make it only accessible by admins): "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing as anonymous and there is no way to disable this for everyone without going through our 2800 users profiles individually. There is nothing to stop them from turning it back on.

  6. Search function in Cost Codes. Rather than scanning page by page manually, introduce the ability to SEARCH for a cost code to see if it's in the system already or needs to be added.

  7. Currently, when deleting a user's profile, the pop-up message states that bookings can be transferred to a different profile, but it does not say whether there actually are any current bookings for that user. It would be helpful to know whether there are any bookings to be transferred.

  9. At the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces.

    Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available.

    When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available.

    We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want…

    The Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

  10. Pop-up announcement page when colleagues login to the app- to inform of events taking place at the workplace, or changes to company policies etc.

    Only Admins to be given rights to post.

  11. I dont know which day someone booked my desk when i try to book range of days at once.
    This makes me guess and retry booking different day ranges.

  12. I wanted to inquire whether Condeco has extended the reservation limit for personal spaces beyond the current 5-week period. This limitation has been a challenge, and ideally, we’d like the ability to reserve up to 90 days in advance.

  14. Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.
    Currently this is set at 'Group' and only applies to 'User' access level.
    We have 'group admins' who need to book further in advance than 'Users'. However, this is being abused and they are booking more than a year in advance. We would like 'Group Admins' to have an 'advance booking’ restriction against them also.
    Maybe a new access level could be introduced (something like PA_Admin) and then each access level (apart from user which is controlled by group) have their own 'advanced booking' restriction.

  15. The Banqueting Report under Formatted Reports should incorporate the 'Notes' field, which is a field when adding a resource. This field contains crucial information that must be communicated to our team, but in its current form, the report does not display these details.

  17. Allow to change the default configuration about the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox

    Since the implementation of the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox option when creating a meeting in the portal, at the bottom left of the "Meeting space booking form" (see attached file)

    --> This option is enabled by default, I mean that the checkbox is checked.

    Would it be possible to uncheck this checkbox by Default ?
    --> So that only users who are interested with this option manually check it by themselves ?

  18. Ability to send an email to all people with a desk booking for the current day in the click of a button; to be able to immediately broadcast information in an emergency event without wasting time having to run a report and export in to outlook.

  19. Currently Condeco is not providing an option to Active/inactive catering items in bulk and rather catering admins have to click on "Active" check box for each item one by one.
    We have a requirement where catering Admins should get an option to bulk active/inactive catering items which would save them with lot of time and make application more user friendly.

  20. As there is a difference of duty in "Fire Marshal" and "Fire Warden", we'd like to know, if there is any change to add/change "Fire Warden" to the system?
    Furthermore, we have also some trained "Security Trust Person" in our office and we'd like to know, if there is any chance to implement this?
