Ability to edit team days
We noticed that the ability to edit team days, such as adding or removing colleagues, is missing. Currently, we have to cancel and re-book team days. Could the ability to edit team days be added please? many thanks

Extend Concierge Tile Management to Group Admins
Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

This is very urgent, as we have a board meeting scheduled for the upcoming week. This security concern is for safety reasons.

“Your booking” section visibility/order
Could columns be re-order to have the Meeting Room column (Location) directly after the Date/Time of the meeting to avoid scrolling to the end of each line + full visibility of the location details to avoid hovering over for full room details.

API - Change of unique employee identifier
Current API allows the fetching of Eptura Profile ID based on passthrough of Email Address Attribute. We would like to pass across our unique employee identifier code (BRID) in place of Email Address to fetch the Eptura Profile ID for a variety of reasons where Email Address may not be matching, such as change of business entity, users changing their last name or rejoining the business etc. whereby email changes have API returning two different user records — one active and one historical and consequently cannot match the user returning in with error.

Automatically Update Work Status to 'Remote' When Personal Space Booking is Canceled
It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.
Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

Revert unhelpful change that delays user perfomance
RE the recent change of not giving users access to booking details that occurred more than 30 days in the past, it feels like Condeco is introducing unnecessary barriers to user performance. We shouldn’t need to run reports every time we need to access past bookings information. We are going backwards with this change. All information should remain easily accessible to users. Condeco says this is 'to improve performance', but I can guarantee this is not for the users benefit at all. We deal with 5000+ bookings per month. The recent changes were implemented to enhance the application's performance, and we've observed significant improvements in both response time and overall speed. However, we recognize that some data previously accessible through the Booking form is not visible in the Booking Summary. We are working to enhance the Booking Summary to display all relevant meeting data so that past bookings can be replicated without the need to use the 'Reports' section of Condeco.
We'd would also like to highlight that it is still possible to view bookings on the Booking Grid and use the 'Copy' function to replicate the meeting at a future date.

Include the Any Workspace type on the mobile app
Hello,
I have noticed that users are often confused when booking via the mobile app.
In some cases, they are unable to find available offices because they do not realise they need to manually change the workspace type to “Office” on the initial booking screen to see office spaces.
Unlike the desktop version, which defaults to “Any workspace,” the mobile app requires users to select a specific type before searching.
Would it be possible to implement a similar default setting on the mobile app to help reduce confusion?

Dogs in the Office
Different colour for booked tables with dogs.
Add another question when booking a table that allows you to also check in your dog. Colleagues can see which table has been booked (grey) and which person has also brought their dog to work (e.g. yellow).

I would like to formally request the implementation of email notifications for booking creation, Modification and deletion events performed via the Engage Outlook Add-in. This functionality is currently available and working as expected within the Enterprise platform for managing meetings. However, it is not presently supported in the Outlook Add-in due to the existing system design. Aligning the Outlook Add-in with Enterprise in this regard would enhance consistency and improve user experience.

Adding a scanning delay
An admin should be able to add a delay in the camera so that it doesn't start scanning whichever qr it locates first.
So in order for the user to have enough time to point to the correct qr code and then for the camera to scan it there should an option for adding a certain delay.

Admins unable to override maximum booking durations for meeting rooms
Currently, maximum booking duration for meeting rooms are enabled for group. However, Admins are unable to override this rule and this is causing issues as sometimes there are uers that needed the room for valid reasons. Please get this override rule enabled soonest so that it can help in our daily operations.

Allow Team booking for Hourly Personel Spaces
Allow Team booking for Hourly Personal Spaces. Currently this feature is only available for all day personal space bookings. We like the functionality of hourly booking and have migrated our spaces to this but do not have the Team booking functionality.

Desk booking slots restrictions should have option to operate independently of each other
Desk booking slots restrictions should have option to operate independently of each other.
Example:
Group A has restriction for 2 booking slots
Group B has restriction for 1 booking slots
User should have option to book all 3 slots providing they have permissions to both groups.Currently system counts the users booking and restricts in all groups they have permission too. So if they booking 1 or 2 slots in Group A they will not be able to book any desks in Group B.

Edit bookings older than 30 days - required for monthly reports
Currently you can only edit a booking within the last 30 days, Running reports at the beginning of the month for the previous month then doesn't have the data required on all bookings, this needs to be extended to a minimum of 45 days.

Option to default certain room panel's so it can be set to 'Private'
To have the function to set be able to set individual room panel's as private so that these can not be booked, as currently booking the room out for a period of time is the only option there is.
