New feature requirement from User-equest to Evaluate Feasibility – “Notify When Desk Becomes Available” Feature
I am suggesting regarding the desk booking system, and I would like to request a feasibility assessment for the same.
Currently, when all desks are fully booked, users need to manually check the app repeatedly to see if any desk becomes available. To improve the user experience and reduce this manual effort, the user has proposed introducing a “Notify When a Desk Becomes Available” feature.
Proposed Feature:
When desks are fully booked, users can enable a toggle to receive a notification.
Once any desk is released by another user or by the system, they would get an alert.

Create Exchange booking when setup buffer timers for a meeting is used
As of now, any booking created in Engage booking grid with a setup buffer timer (e.g. catering) creates a non-bookable timeframe (greyed out calendar) which remains within the Engage ecosystem.
If there is an active Exchange integration, any setup or teardown buffer of the typical 15/30 mins is not synced to Exchange, leading to different information on room availability as per the views in Exchange calendar and Engage web interface.As such, any setup/teardown buffer generated in Engage should be transcoded as a somewhat "technical Exchange booking" resulting in a real calendar invite in Exchange, keeping Microsoft´s guardrails of how…

requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.
Currently, the system supports the following four service types:

Personal spaces - Email reminder day before
We would love to have the capability of having an email reminder the day before a booking.
This email would have a link to confirm or cancel a booking ahead of time, to free up space in case a user changes their mind and is no longer coming into the office.This is particulary useful with locations that have space constraints and will allow the location to free up space the day before. Ideally we would like to configure the day/time of when this email reminder is sent.

Sharing real time read-only view of the expected office visitors list to building concierge teams
Problem: In Eptura, currently there is no way for an office in a multi-tenant building to give the building's concierge team a real time read-only view of the visitor log.
Option 1- A Read-only role in Eptura
Currently there is no Read-only role in Eptura. (Role we might allow Landlord concierge teams to have). Every admin has a base 'default' permission by which they can do some level of edit.Option 2: a Secure link that is shared to the Landlord concierge team. Flexible use of individual offices as workstations or meeting rooms
Our location has individual offices that can be used both as regular workstations and as meeting rooms. Currently, however, only one type of use can be selected per room in the booking system (workstation or meeting room).
We propose implementing an extended function in the system that allows both types of use to be mapped. Specifically, we would likeIndividual offices can be defined as a workplace and a meeting room at the same time.
If the workplace is booked in such a room, the room should be automatically blocked for meeting bookings during the same period (and vice versa).

Block off spaces to prevent future reservations and still be able to see current reservations
Sometimes I need to block off a space to prevent future reservations but I still want to be able to see current reservations for that space.
If I have to ask people to cancel or move their reservations to free up the space and if the space is no longer reservable I can't see if they've done this.1 vote
