Feature Request – Parking Indicator in Engage Add-In
Hello,
I would like to requests a new feature in the Engage Outlook Add-In to support parking space planning for meeting participants.
Currently, the Add-In allows organizers to indicate whether participants will attend on-site or virtually. However, there is no option to specify which attendees require parking.
The proposed enhancement is to introduce a parking requirement indicator (e.g., a checkbox per participant) within the participant selection interface. Additionally, this information should be included in the visitor report to support facility and reception teams in managing parking capacity.
This feature would improve planning and coordination in locations with limited parking resources and enhance overall usability of the booking process.
