On managed meeting rooms, include the meeting status on the view visible to approvers. This detail is crucial in prioritizing the requests received and would be a highly useful field to view in this location.

When reviewing the requests for all of the managed meeting areas, we should be able to see if the request is an event or a client booking, or a fine dining. Not having this detail visible means we are unable to consider the urgency of the pending requests, other than date order. This adds pressure to consistently have a minimum of 5 working days notice across all requests, so that catering requested can be issued. We also want to have managed rooms which do not bounce back to pending every time a user adds a guest name.
