  1. The new Banquet Event Order is a great feature to use. It would be of great value to us if the report also included an overview of guest list.

  3. Plotted resources to remain in position after group change. This is very frustrating that when a resource is moved into a different dept you need to re plot it back to the same position.

    Once a resource has been plotted it should remain in such position until moved by admin

  4. Have an alignment tool to allow desks/meeting room icons to be aligned in a uniformed position. Floor plans can look messy when one desks is out of alignment to all others.

  6. In “Find your Team” we can filter by default roles (e.g., Fire Marshal, First Aider), but filters for custom roles are not available.

    We recently created a custom role called “Security Officer” (German: “Sicherheitsbeauftragter”). Users can be assigned to this role successfully, but it cannot be used as a filter in “Find your Team”.

    • Expected behavior: All roles assigned to users — including tenant-specific custom roles — are available as filter criteria in “Find your Team” on both web and mobile.

    • Actual behavior: Only default, system-provided roles appear as filter options.

  7. Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users too? We would like to have a timestamped record that they actually came into the office. Flexi option will bump the desk, so we prefer not to use that feature for fixed-desk users since they may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time.

  8. The catering cut-off time should be limited to Monday-to-Friday business days only. The current 7-day cut-off is impractical for the business and is creating challenges for reporting and delivering efficient service.

  9. Allow Team booking for Hourly Personal Spaces. Currently this feature is only available for all day personal space bookings. We like the functionality of hourly booking and have migrated our spaces to this but do not have the Team booking functionality.

  13. Il est actuellement possible de définir une période d'ouverture à la réservation des salles au niveau du groupe avec une date de début et une date de fin dans la journée.
    Il serait intéressant de pouvoir paramétrer une ou plusieurs périodes de blocage dans la journée.
    A minima, une pause méridienne.

  14. Current Engage v2/v3 screens cannot reliably read SEOS PACS IDs, creating operational challenges. SEOS cards use dynamic UIDs and advanced cryptography, requiring updates to detection and authentication logic.

  16. We use SSO although one of our users managed to change her email address in her profile to her personal email address. She then reported that things "weren't working properly" - the SSO continued to work but she reported that her notifications were going to the "wrong" email address and didn't know what. She also didn't know that she'd changed the email address.

    From an admin perspective it would be beneficial to be able to lock this down so that individuals can't change the email address and cause support issued.

  17. Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  18. Enable a rule that automatically releases fixed desks reserved for senior executives when they are not in use, so these desks become bookable by other users on those days. This ensures that senior executives always have guaranteed desks on the days they are on-site, while maximising utilisation by making the same desks available to everyone on the remaining days of the week.

  19. Currently, the system displays a generic error message when a user scans a QR code to book a workspace but already has an active booking. This creates confusion and leads to unnecessary support tickets, as the message looks like a technical fault and provides no clear guidance.
    Current Situation:

    User scans a QR code to book a workspace.
    If an active booking already exists, a generic error message appears without explanation or options.

    Problem:

    Users do not understand why the booking fails.
    No clear instructions or alternatives are provided → frustration and increased support workload.

  20. Send an email/notification 10 minutes before reservation is completed. This will remind them that they need to wrap up for the day, so the next reservation does not have to wait or "fight" for their booked workstation.
