  1. Ability to select other locations from the Today Page & Home, at present users can only select their default location. The drop down menu on the Today & Home page does not show any other locations, the only way for users to select from other locations is to click into the menu field on the left hand side and navigate to 'Book a personal space' or 'Booking Grid'

  5. To improve booking flexibility and optimize space usage, I suggest creating an interaction layer between Personal Spaces (PS) and Hourly Personal Spaces (HPS). This would allow both resource types to offer the same physical space with different booking options—either by time blocks (AM/PM) or by the hour. Combining these into a single interface would be needed as well.


    Why This Matters

    Currently, PS and HPS operate independently, which can lead to underutilized availability. By linking them:

    Users could book a space for a full AM or PM session via PS.

  6. When booking a desk via the Teams app, it would be ideal for users to see the floor plan and who has booked desks nearby, rather than just the desk number. This would help people choose the right desk, as most users aren't aware of desk numbers, and it would also allow them to see where their colleagues are located.

  7. When a meeting finishes it goes into summary view after a month. We'd like to be able to extend this and Condeco doesn't have the functionality at the moment.

  8. The personal spaces are setup as expected where only the group admins have the ability to move the green dots around. But in hourly resource booking, looks like if there are 2 groups on the same building and floor, both the group admins will have access to each other's resource green dots on the floor plan which is inconvenient and not ideal. Considering changing this will be great.

  9. In the "Desk allocated people" report, we would like to know who has booked a team's day and to whom the desks have been assigned.
    In the "DeskBump" report, we would like to know who has booked a team's day, to whom the desks have been assigned and the users who did not the check in.

  11. Release of Hourly Workstations- currently they are released by a fixed number of days out. Please consider to release by week (similar to the earlier workstations configuration), wherein it can be set up to release workstations on a fixed day for 2 weeks ahead.

    Less change for behaviour required by the colleagues for this; and yet be able to benefit from hourly bookings.

  13. Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

  14. Our firm has the "copy to outlook" button checked automatically - when this box is checked, it eliminates the option to use the linked rooms feature - suggestion is to be able to use this functionality when checked

    additionally, when using the linked rooms function - please allow us to pick the primary room

  16. Getting to the floor plan is tedious as it requires entering information in a few fields, such as choosing your team and the date before the floor plan is displayed. It would really help to be able to navigate directly to the floor plan without choosing a date (it could default to the current date, and this should be made obvious on screen once the user is on the floor plan; this information is actually lacking at the moment.   18. Our groups represent different departments, therefore only Facilities staff can book desks assigned to the facilities group.

    We should be able to assign a resource to multiple groups, whereby allowing staff from 3 different departments access to book those desks.

    Is there a way of managing the access that I have misunderstood?

  19. The booking is being removed from the Condeco device; however, it still appears in the Condeco portal. Is there a way to ensure the booking is automatically deleted from the portal as well when it's cancelled?

  20. Option to register RFID Cards without the need to setup a booking on V3 Desk Screen. Currently we are faced with having to register our users RFID Cards and only way is to book an open Personal Space, unfortunately we do not have any open Personal Spaces at the moment. It would be nice to have button option for the purpose of Registering RFID without needing to make a reservation.
