  1. Currently, there is no way to add or remove colleagues from a Team Day without canceling the entire event. On high-traffic days, this is risky as we often lose the desks to others before we can re-book.
    Please add an "Edit" function for Team Days to allow attendee such changes without losing the existing area reservation. TYIA

  2. It would be great to have 3 letters instead of only 2 for the abbrevation of our names. We are so many people here, the initials of our names are not unique anymore and lead to confusion.

  4. Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
    Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.

  5. Automatically stop desks being booked when people are booking rooms.
    Can you please make the option available? We are using Intelligent booking and the system is booking desks when people are booking rooms, we want to stop this as these people may stay only few minutes in the office and don't need a desk.

  6. Fire Warden roles are often only valid in the site a person is trained to be a warden in. We need the ability to configure so that if a warden has a booking in a site they are not present in, then they will not show as a warden

  7. Catering cut off timing

    The system is able to allocate hours and days to cut off timing of catering items. This is not currently allowing the weekend to be included, and can result in the designated cut off timings being considered correctly for the catering team. We would like to have "Working Days", in place of just the "Days" offered currently, so that we can configure the lead timing of catering items in an informed and helpful manner.

  8. Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.

    To ensure feature parity and improve check-in flexibility, we respectfully request an enhancement to the mobile application that would allow users to check into a personal space using the in-app “Check In” button as an alternative to scanning…

    It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

  9. Mobile push notifications. We have many customers moving from Workplace reservations to Engage and that is something that would help with change management for our customers

  10. Allow check-in from a Cisco Webex or MTR room console provided that a videoconferencing bridge has scheduled in for customers who do not have a room booking panel from Eptura.

  11. Description:
    Currently, Local (site) Admins can view, edit, and delete all reports, although the report content itself is restricted to location‑specific data. To improve control and prevent unintended changes, we request the introduction of granular permissions for Local Admins.
    Requested Functionality:

    Separate permission levels for Local Admins:

    Read‑only
    Edit
    Delete

    Ability to assign these permissions individually or via role‑based configuration.

    Value:

    Increased security and reduced risk of accidental data loss
    More precise alignment with operational needs
    Clearer separation of responsibilities and improved data governance

  12. Email confirmation

    Email confirmation cut off notes that have been added to service items, this then becomes admin heavy once a client checks if all catering or AV requirements have been added. Conference team then need to double check the booking and go back to the client to confirm all requirements have been captured.

    It would be useful if the booking confirmations could capture and send all information.

  13. when looking at floor plan having option to see all instead of going back and forth to workstations and offices so if an office is not available I can just look and book a workstation without having to go back and select the workstation view to see what is available

  14. Ability to advise a staff member has a PEEP (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan). This info should be shown only on a booking report and only visible to Admins.

  16. This feature would allow the internal attendees of an Engage Meeting Room Booking to view the Booking/Room details as well as the floor plan for the Room they are schedule to be in. This feature should be available in Web and Mobile.

  19. Prevent on the Day Client Room Bookings being made by Users.
    Allowing on the day bookings, creates a risk they are not seen in time by client teams. We would like to block all on the day requests being made on Eptura for the client spaces, so that anyone in need of on the day assistance contacts the booking team via phone or email.
