Waiting List for desks
Customer would like that users have the possibility to be added to a waiting list for a desk within a zone and be notified if someone cancels.

Floorplans more visible
We have 8 buildings with 7 floors per building. So people using the floorplan VERY regularly but they are not able to find it. It´s very frustrating for them until they understand, that they have to select a certain floor to see the floorplan. We are getting quite often calls, where users ask, where the meeting room is. Because only the host/requestor see it on the Todays Page.
Request: Floorplans should be more visible to everybody, people also using it to check when a certain meeting room is free. Is more easier for them, then the grid view.

searchable criteria are being reset by location change
We got many complaints about the Webinterface searching mask, because it´s resetting everytime when you change something. As all of the 8 buildings are connected, people select another building when they don´t find a suitable space. Therefore they are forced to change the time and time multiple times before they are finding a room.
Request: Keep the entered searching cirterias until the page is opend again or for a period of time

Rescheduling a meeting with catering leads to the problem, that it´s not adapting the catering for the new meeting time.
For example: If you have booked a meeting from 9-12 AM with catering and then you reschedule it for 8-12, the catering time is not adapting automatically.
If the catering time and the meeting time is the same, it should follow this logic.

Booking Linked Spaces WITH Exchange
Problem: Location admins cannot override the capacity when they are booking a conference booking. It also gives more transparency to the vendors as they can give a certain name to a room combination.
Feature request: Booking linked spaces with Exchange like you do without.

Searching for capacity in the webinterface WHILE supporting hybrid meeting culture
Problem: The Webinterface is not supporting hybrid meeting culture. So if you turn on the capacity search, you cannot override it and invite more attendees. Which is a no go.

Locations admins must be able to update an ongoing meeting
We often have to update meetings with additional catering services that have been ordered whilst the meeting is still in progress. But this is not possible, they also getting an error message and have to wait until the meeting is over and have to inform the kitchen manually!

Location admins must override the capacity from rooms
That is also a big problem, as they cannot book linked spaces via Exchange and in the Conference Booking they cannot override the capacity, what they should be able to do.

Vendor Dasboard - Splitting from beverages and food
Food and baverages are not able to split, so it´s a big problem for the kitchen/ service to check if the order is for the kitchen/ service or for both.

Vendor dependencies in Vendor item flow
We have the problem, that we have several items where more then one vendor needs to be involved. For example: pretzel, one Service needs to bake the pretzel and the kitchen needs to butter it, but when one of them is accepting the order, the other vendors doesn´t know that they must also do something. We need a flow for the items so that multiple vendors can perform actions against that item in the order.

More space for the view of locations and groups
The list view in the Webinterface is why to small of locations and groups. You can only see 3 locations/groups at once,
Request: Bigger field to see the entire Location name and more then three groups.

Vendor Emails
the vendors are getting way to many emails. We figured out, that they are added as default to "Change of Booking" and "Notification of cancellation" what is more likely for the user. So if you don´t know this, our vendors got the vendor email + the user email. This is leading to a big manuel effort to change all email templates

Variable for short date in email templates
We have the problem, that many people are booking for other people like The Garden, the Gastro Team, PAs. As all of them don´t know, in which language the user is communicating, we have to adapt the English Template for German and English. That is working except for the date. Could you provide a short date variable? That would really fix the problem.

Cost codes must be mapped on a location base
That is a must have. We have uploaded now 388 pages of coste codes just for one entity, with the onboarding of a new entity we will get +500 pages. We must map the cost codes to a location base, this is the only validation what we can do. We have to ensure, that users can use only valid cost codes for their entity. Otherwise they could also use a valid cost code from the USA, Singapore or Switzerland which we do not want.

Better visibility of changes to services
Need more visibility into what was changed for the booking, need to know if more services have been added to the booking, whether the time was changed or just the attendees rather than just that a change has happened.

Extend the option for filtering, searching and updating for services.
Feature Request: Extend the service page with filtering, searching and updating options.
The service item page is really a nightmare, we have know 59 pages of catering items, for some entities we will get 500 pieces for each of the 12 locations. We need options for searching, filtering and updating.

Select multiple cost codes per booking
Select mulitple cost codes for one booking. We have quite often the case, the mulitple departments want to share the costs of a booking. Therefore we need to option to select multiple coste codes for a booking.

Block out holiday dates for catering
Want to be able to select certain days or dates where catering cannot be ordered without needing to close the entire location. For example do not want people to be able to order catering during the Christmas holidays when vendors are not working without needing to close the whole location.

Service items available for admin only and therefore invisible for normal users
That is also a really big problem. Even when you can make items not orderable for users, they are still visible. Which means, users see what is possible even when it´s just for C-Levels. For example, nobody needs to know, what the brunch for the C-Level costs. We had a really big escalation due to this.

Deeplink in Emails show Catering Items which the user cannot order
The deep link shows EVERYTHING what is available,even when you cannot order it, because cut-off time or notification time is over. This is connected to the escalation we had regarding C-Level items.
