Booking Linked Spaces WITH Exchange
Problem: Location admins cannot override the capacity when they are booking a conference booking. It also gives more transparency to the vendors as they can give a certain name to a room combination.
Feature request: Booking linked spaces with Exchange like you do without.

Must-Have: Linked Spaces Compatibility with Exchange Integration
As Allianz, this is a must-have requirement. All our admins are Location Admins managing high-volume locations with ~50 events/month. Since enabling Exchange, Linked Spaces are no longer available, forcing us to use Conference Booking — which creates serious issues:
Location Admins cannot override capacity, even when rooms are physically combined.
Catering requires manual entry per room (custom fields, attendees, requestor, tax info, cost codes), leading to 200–300% booking overhead.
Known room combination names (e.g., "Lounge") are lost, causing confusion for staff and vendors who need to cross-check individual rooms to understand what was booked.
Please prioritize restoring Linked Spaces when Exchange is enabled — this is critical for our operations.
