  1. We have uploaded over 388 PAGES of cost codes just for one entity. You have to know the correct cost code before you can ordering the catering. We believe a drop down menu is not the best way, but an intelligent field, which is showing you the cost codes when you enter something, might be more helpful.

    User should be able to see the cost codes or to get some good suggestions.

  3. Implement a feature that automatically pulls any links from Web conferencing platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom) into the Engage booking summary, when booking a room from the Engage Outlook addin. Would be helpful that our IT team have all that information automatically, instead of requesting users send that information separately.

  4. Request: Admin must be able to see everything on the grid, while user won´t see this level of detail.

    admins are working almost 95% on the booking grid / advanced booking grid. They reported a data privacy issue, because we had enabled for the booking grid host name, host email und the titel of the meeting. The problem is, if I´m turning this off, also the Admin will not see something. And sorry, clicking on each meeting is not smart especially in 2026. So we must need a grid view / advanced grid view for admins, where they still can…

  5. It would be great to have 3 letters instead of only 2 for the abbrevation of our names. We are so many people here, the initials of our names are not unique anymore and lead to confusion.

  6. Currently, there is no way to add or remove colleagues from a Team Day without canceling the entire event. On high-traffic days, this is risky as we often lose the desks to others before we can re-book.
    Please add an "Edit" function for Team Days to allow attendee such changes without losing the existing area reservation. TYIA

  7. Feedback from customer:

    Language translation (German) not accurate. for example: "Booking Grid" > is translated into "Overview".

    Also the office/remote availabilty view does not reflect the availabililty properly when a fixed desk is released.

    They have tio adjust each manually.

  8. Configure Engage for sending emails for bookings or cancellations made via API.

    The engineering team has confirmed that currently the booking confirmation emails are not triggered when the booking is created through the admin API.

  9. Want to have multiple vendors assigned to one article, for example we have multiple vendors working in the same building who can all deliver pretzels or coffee at the same price. vendors will decide between themselves which one will fulfil the order based on their capacity.

  10. On managed meeting rooms, include the meeting status on the view visible to approvers. This detail is crucial in prioritizing the requests received and would be a highly useful field to view in this location.

  14. Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
    Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.

  16. Under the hourly booking model, the "Find My Team" feature no longer allows you to see which specific desk your colleagues are booked into. As a result, employees in our organisation know their team members are on-site but have no idea where they are located.
    The all‑day booking model provided additional granularity and showed the specific desk(s) colleagues were booked into, making it easy to find them.
    Can this please be added to the hourly booking model as well?

  17. Automatically stop desks being booked when people are booking rooms.
    Can you please make the option available? We are using Intelligent booking and the system is booking desks when people are booking rooms, we want to stop this as these people may stay only few minutes in the office and don't need a desk.

  18. Fire Warden roles are often only valid in the site a person is trained to be a warden in. We need the ability to configure so that if a warden has a booking in a site they are not present in, then they will not show as a warden

  19. Vendor Dashboard - Print Friendly Version

    Is it possible to enhance the print friendly version within the vendor dashboards, our catering teams have resulted to using this as it has all the information and is somewhat easier to view unless you have a lot of notes than it becomes a not so friendly version.

    At the moment when you print the format does not utilize the whole page causing test to become difficult to read.

    This would be a quick win for busy Catering and possible AV teams.

  20. Catering cut off timing

    The system is able to allocate hours and days to cut off timing of catering items. This is not currently allowing the weekend to be included, and can result in the designated cut off timings being considered correctly for the catering team. We would like to have "Working Days", in place of just the "Days" offered currently, so that we can configure the lead timing of catering items in an informed and helpful manner.
