  2. Vendor Dashboard - Print Friendly Version

    Is it possible to enhance the print friendly version within the vendor dashboards, our catering teams have resulted to using this as it has all the information and is somewhat easier to view unless you have a lot of notes than it becomes a not so friendly version.

    At the moment when you print the format does not utilize the whole page causing test to become difficult to read.

    This would be a quick win for busy Catering and possible AV teams.

  7. When someone cancels their booking in Engage their status still shows as "in the office". Please have the system automatically change this to "Remote" or "booking cancelled" ?

  8. It would be great if personal desks assigned to specified users until further notice could be released when the owner changes his status from mobile app. This will allow other people to book the desk when the assigned user is away.

  9. When meetings are booked in the mobile app or meeting room screens the set up and clear down times that have been configured for the rooms are ignored. Requirement to be able to book a meeting room from any endpoint and the system respect any pre-configured set up or clear down times in the same way that the web application does.

  11. There is a need for chronological ordering and grouping of services (AV, catering, equipment) to make reports clearer for clients.
    Services are displayed in the order they are added rather than by group.

  12. BEO (banquet event order)
    Admins/Team able to print out BEO with the catering details to include (delivery/clean up time, delivery location, event name, host/POC name, the order in details (listed of what comes in the room temp buffet) the price.
    There should be an option to have this printed into a PDF or imported onto an Excel sheet. The capabilities to also export this into an excel for daily meetings and daily/weekly sales. Being able to forecast upcoming events for the day, week, monthly view.

  13. Adding New Rooms to catering item:
    - Current process is slow because each catering item must be assigned individually.
    Suggested improvement:
    - Allow adding catering to a specific room, rather than assigning rooms to each catering item.

    Can this other way round has any workaround where we can add catering items to rooms rather than assigning rooms to each catering item as it consumes longer time.

  14. I am suggesting regarding the desk booking system, and I would like to request a feasibility assessment for the same.

    Currently, when all desks are fully booked, users need to manually check the app repeatedly to see if any desk becomes available. To improve the user experience and reduce this manual effort, the user has proposed introducing a “Notify When a Desk Becomes Available” feature.

    Proposed Feature:

    When desks are fully booked, users can enable a toggle to receive a notification.
    Once any desk is released by another user or by the system, they would get an alert.

  15. As of now, any booking created in Engage booking grid with a setup buffer timer (e.g. catering) creates a non-bookable timeframe (greyed out calendar) which remains within the Engage ecosystem.
    If there is an active Exchange integration, any setup or teardown buffer of the typical 15/30 mins is not synced to Exchange, leading to different information on room availability as per the views in Exchange calendar and Engage web interface.

    As such, any setup/teardown buffer generated in Engage should be transcoded as a somewhat "technical Exchange booking" resulting in a real calendar invite in Exchange, keeping Microsoft´s guardrails of how…

  16. requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.

    Currently, the system supports the following four service types:

    AV Services
    Equipment
    Supplies
    Catering

    As this is everyday task of the team which is been done manually currently. Would of great if this field can be added.

  17. We would love to have the capability of having an email reminder the day before a booking.
    This email would have a link to confirm or cancel a booking ahead of time, to free up space in case a user changes their mind and is no longer coming into the office.

    This is particulary useful with locations that have space constraints and will allow the location to free up space the day before. Ideally we would like to configure the day/time of when this email reminder is sent.

  18. Problem: In Eptura, currently there is no way for an office in a multi-tenant building to give the building's concierge team a real time read-only view of the visitor log.

    Option 1- A Read-only role in Eptura
    Currently there is no Read-only role in Eptura. (Role we might allow Landlord concierge teams to have). Every admin has a base 'default' permission by which they can do some level of edit.

    Option 2: a Secure link that is shared to the Landlord concierge team. This link again gives only a real time read-only view of the visitor logbook.

  19. Add a field in Condeco guest registration to capture young persons (similar to VIP button currently available)
    Add ability to be able to pull a report of all young persons in the building between a determined date range, including who their host is"
    Upon a young person being registered via Condeco, an immediate notification is sent to a location-based distribution list.
    Upon registering a young person, a confirmation email is sent to the host containing the Young Persons risk assessment.

    Currently, there is no specific option that considers young person accompanying employee as part of visitor management.

    Ability to search for bookings by room only or building, without requiring VC ID, meeting title, host name, requestor name, or attendee name.
