  1. It should be made possible to create team reservations for multiple teams. We are involved in various types of teams, and currently, it's only possible to make reservations for one team. For example, I work as an assistant and should be able to make team reservations for multiple teams, but this is not currently possible. It should also be possible to make reservations for teams one is not personally a part of.

  4. With the existing Outlook add-in, we have only the option to add the company name for a visitor on the drop down.
    It would be helpful to have the "Visitor Type", "Comment for reception" and the own created custom fields per visitor listed on the drop down.

  5. Please can we amend the Report Central "Is none of" Filter. Currently, when multiple values are selected and the report saved and refreshed, the chosen filtered values are no longer visible, even when opening the filter option. This makes it difficult to navigate, but can also cause errors and lock the report in a circular if you then accidentally re-apply a filter you have already selected.

  7. It would be nice to have the option from the column chooser list to be able to view the hours and miles. This would allow me to look at them from the asset management main screen. Right now I have to open each piece of equipment that I want to see the hours or miles one at a time.

  8. Can we have a function where we can release desks for users to book at 10am. So we would like it everyday at 10am the desks become available to pour users for the 2nd day in advance. I am happy to have a call to discuss this

  9. Under the hourly booking model, the "Find My Team" feature no longer allows you to see which specific desk your colleagues are booked into. As a result, employees in our organisation know their team members are on-site but have no idea where they are located.
    The all‑day booking model provided additional granularity and showed the specific desk(s) colleagues were booked into, making it easy to find them.
    Can this please be added to the hourly booking model as well?

  10. The hourly booking model does not let you specify on which day new resources can be released. It allows you to specify a time but this is hardcoded to release on Sundays (I believe Engage treats this as the first day of the week). The all day booking model allowed you to nominate a specific day for release. Can this please be added to the hourly booking model as well?

  11. Description:
    Currently, Local (site) Admins can view, edit, and delete all reports, although the report content itself is restricted to location‑specific data. To improve control and prevent unintended changes, we request the introduction of granular permissions for Local Admins.
    Requested Functionality:

    Separate permission levels for Local Admins:

    Read‑only
    Edit
    Delete

    Ability to assign these permissions individually or via role‑based configuration.

    Value:

    Increased security and reduced risk of accidental data loss
    More precise alignment with operational needs
    Clearer separation of responsibilities and improved data governance

  12. Add an option to exclude specific days of the week (e.g. all Mondays of the year) from the booking grid, like the weekends. It only supports continuous date range and does not allow for weekly recurring schedules.

  14. Allow Engage to accept SSO Passthrough Authentication. The client has a single mobile app for all employees to use and various other SaaS applications are housed within it. Currently, that single mobile app authenticates the user via SSO. However, Engage currently does not accept that SSO Passthrough so prompts the user to log in again.

  15. I would like to request the inclusion of vendor services functionality in the Eptura Outlook Add-in, comparable to what is currently available in the web application when submitting a new reservation. Specifically, features such as Attendees, Food Service, and Equipment should be supported within the Outlook Add-in to ensure a consistent and comprehensive booking experience across platforms.

  16. There is only an option for users to be able to control all users in a group. In our company, an executive assistant or team lead would benefit greatly from having the ability to book for their superiors while not allowing it globally

  17. Having the ability to modify the bump notification email as well as who the email is sent to can greatly improve the functionality and flow of the work day. If a VP is in a meeting and receives the bump email, or if they are driving in and receive it, it would be beneficial for an assistant or someone else in their department to receive the email as well to alleviate the issue.

    Additionally, enabling a "check in" button from the email would significantly improve efficiency

  18. Could we request that user access cards be automatically disassociated from user profiles when accounts are deactivated in Engage? This is to prevent reissued cards from remaining linked to deactivated accounts, which currently prevents the new user from successfully activating the card.

  19. The ability to download installed floor plans allowing for mistake-proof record keeping is essential. Even though these documents can be maintained outside the tool, it would be prudent to not have to rely on external recordkeeping. Since floor plans do not frequently change, the storage requirements for an in-app versioning history should require minimal storage and provide value in avoiding the need for a complete rewrite of a floor plan. The ability to stage an upcoming floor plan change would also be a great addition as it would provide admins with the time to prepare a production-ready solution prior to…

  20. From the point of view of "usability", it would still be possible to optimise the "Quick search", not only by filtering to one (1) floor (floor), but also by searching for all or which can be individually selected (e.g. floor 1 and floor 2) - similar to how I can select AM and/or PM.
    At the moment you have to return to the output filter mask again and then explicitly filter another "floor" (floor).
