  1. We would like our customers to be able to view a meeting room map/floorplan when they are booking meeting rooms using the plug-in versus having to go to the desktop version to view a map/floorplan. A weblink to a floorplan in the plug-in would be helpful.

  2. Hello, I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the filtering options within Condeco. Specifically, it would be highly beneficial to have a filter that allows users to distinguish between active and non-active items, not only for Catering Services but for all items within the platform.
    Currently, the lack of such a filter makes it challenging to efficiently manage and navigate through the various items. Implementing this feature would streamline our workflow, improve user experience, and enhance overall productivity.
    Could you please consider adding this functionality to Condeco? Your prompt attention to this request would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to set the time period yourself or to click on several roles. If possible, please change this in the future so that you can also look into the past if necessary.

  4. Extra config around team days - ability to control (by group membership) how many team days a user can book per week/month/booking period. The ability to enable/disable the function by group/location/user

  5. this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..

  6. user profile should be filled with the data "company" in case users are from a company with different subsidiaries .

    Field should be filled via SCIM automatically. User can see this field in his own profile but only an admin is able to change this data.

  7. Add a flag or something to denote that a visitor has notes attached to their profile. So that each visitor profile does not have to be manually checked on the day for notes- making the use of this function more speedy and beneficial to admins.

  9. Users have encountered several issues since Outlook was synced with Condeco. We recommend providing the option to configure whether we want the default tick selected when booking a room, allowing us more control over the setup.

  11. Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.

  12. Allow us to change the task status InProgress, Delivered and Collected to more relevant terms. This allow our reception team (who are also catering) to quickly understand the status of specific rooms from whichever portal they are in as Condeco does not allow the Vendor Portal and the normal page to be signed into at the same time

  13. The mobile app currently does not support any warning/pop up message as it does on the web version when clicking into the booking form.

    We use various messages based on the specific room that is clicked, the web version requires an "approve" or "decline" decision based on the message which helps direct users and acknowledge the given action.

    This missing from the Mobile App lets users bypass this completley and they may be booking the room without key information popping up as in the web version of the system.

    I think its key to have the web and mobile app…

  14. When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

  16. Country Admins not able to use some features like manage their location, GPS coordinates, map exchange resources, etc.

    Regional Admins could do that with no need to set them as Global Admin.

  18. Currently, in the "Email templates" menu of a group, there are three levels on what a given template will apply to:

    • "to this group only"
    • "to all groups in [Country]
    • Globally.

    As this categorization is rather rough, it would be helpful to introduce more granular levels like

    • "to all groups in [Location] (if a group is only valid for one location)
    • "to all groups in [Region]

    Especially the last case is particularly helpful when there are multiple Regions in a Country that operate independently from one another (e.g., because they belong to different companies / sub-companies).

  20. We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.
