  1. Please bring back being able to book multiple personal spaces on the same day for Executive Admins. Example: Executive Admins book for multiple Executives and being able to book multiple PERSONAL spaces on the same day would be great. Right now, they are booking one space and then calling someone else to book the other.

  2. It would be great if people can receive a weekly summary of the upcoming bookings in the next week or so. Would also be great if there is a cancellation button that people can click to cancel their bookings directly from the email.

  3. Currently if you book a room on desktop, it shows alert text about the room (if its been configured with it) but this text isn't shown on the mobile booking journey. This makes the alert kind of pointless if it has important room info in it as it will never be seen by mobile users.

  4. We are having trouble with large cross site bookings as the the outlook limit for characters is only 250. I know this is out of our control but could we reduce the size of the room descriptions to "meeting room6 4th floor" instead of the repetitive " Client Meeting Room 10, Meeting Room, 7th Floor (7), Liverpool SPS, UK. thanks

  5. For groups that are set to bump meetings that are not checked in, and/or for Condeco screens that will bump a meeting if not checked in, we should have a Bump Reminder email sent, 5 minutes prior to the meeting being bumped. This would reminder users they must check in or lose the reservation.

    This reminder exists for the desk booking but not for the room booking. (And it should be compatible with the use of Device Hub)

  6. You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administrator access (Group Admin).
    Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request.
    And as a moderator, he can book the room the same day via Condeco website.

    As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

  7. https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912094-room-booking/suggestions/45359395-admin-notifications-for-bookings-via-outlook with 12 votes since 2022

    In our org, we have managed spaces by some moderators and their distribution list has been added to the email template.
    Currently if someone books a meeting via condeco web to the managed space, the group approver will receive the email template.
    However if the user books the managed space in outlook (smart calendar) , the email template does not get triggered.
    Would like to have the same experience for both outlook web and outlook.

  8. Companies have shifted from using employee IDs for identity and user management in systems to using email IDs. This causes challenges with integrated reporting, as name changes can lead to email ID changes, thus losing the ability to track history in operational reports. Additionally, textual data linking can face challenges in the case of special characters. Adding employee ID to the SCIM integration as an optional attribute will ease integrated reporting.

  9. Ability to select other locations from the Today Page & Home, at present users can only select their default location. The drop down menu on the Today & Home page does not show any other locations, the only way for users to select from other locations is to click into the menu field on the left hand side and navigate to 'Book a personal space' or 'Booking Grid'

  13. To improve booking flexibility and optimize space usage, I suggest creating an interaction layer between Personal Spaces (PS) and Hourly Personal Spaces (HPS). This would allow both resource types to offer the same physical space with different booking options—either by time blocks (AM/PM) or by the hour. Combining these into a single interface would be needed as well.


    Why This Matters

    Currently, PS and HPS operate independently, which can lead to underutilized availability. By linking them:

    Users could book a space for a full AM or PM session via PS.

  14. When booking a desk via the Teams app, it would be ideal for users to see the floor plan and who has booked desks nearby, rather than just the desk number. This would help people choose the right desk, as most users aren't aware of desk numbers, and it would also allow them to see where their colleagues are located.

  15. When a meeting finishes it goes into summary view after a month. We'd like to be able to extend this and Condeco doesn't have the functionality at the moment.

  16. The personal spaces are setup as expected where only the group admins have the ability to move the green dots around. But in hourly resource booking, looks like if there are 2 groups on the same building and floor, both the group admins will have access to each other's resource green dots on the floor plan which is inconvenient and not ideal. Considering changing this will be great.

  17. In the "Desk allocated people" report, we would like to know who has booked a team's day and to whom the desks have been assigned.

  19. Release of Hourly Workstations- currently they are released by a fixed number of days out. Please consider to release by week (similar to the earlier workstations configuration), wherein it can be set up to release workstations on a fixed day for 2 weeks ahead.

    Less change for behaviour required by the colleagues for this; and yet be able to benefit from hourly bookings.
