  1. Site announcement for specific day bookings.

    For example, if there are noisy building works you could make people aware of that at the time of booking so they can make a judgement call on whether to book in or not.

  2. Admins need to be able to see who initiates team day bookings and who they are booked for. There is currently no visibility to see this information as an administrator.

  3. Provide a way to publish or show holidays on the booking grid to reminder users of upcoming holidays to avoid booking an event on a holiday? We do not want to prevent the booking but just remind the user of the possible conflict. An administrator should be able to add the desired holidays so it could include federal holidays, local holidays, religious holidays, etc.

  5. Currently Condeco is not providing an option to Active/inactive catering items in bulk and rather catering admins have to click on "Active" check box for each item one by one.
    We have a requirement where catering Admins should get an option to bulk active/inactive catering items which would save them with lot of time and make application more user friendly.

  6. I want to be on the waiting list for ANY room for 14 or more people with a video conferencing facility. Instead, in order yo give myself some hope of getting a room, I have to be on every waiting list and fill out a separate form for each room. (2 done, 13 to go, so far). Surely this is madness.

  7. On the app, when a floorplan is displayed and a desk is selected, a data tab pops up with information about that desk. However you now can't get rid of the popup tab, which obscures view of the full floorplan. Suggest that when a user taps again on the data tab it disappears showing the whole floor plan.

  8. We use Teams MTR devices and users have the ability to "quick book" a room using the panel outside of the room, which automatically blocks out the time in the Exchange Resource Mailbox. We would ideally have these meetings automatically sync'd into Condeco to update the room availability.

  9. From business perspective, it makes sense to include quarters (e.g., Q1 for January to March, Q2 for April to June etc) in the filter list because business evaluations often happen in quarters.

    Currently, a quarterly report can only be conducted by manually adjusting the "Specific" Time Period filter accordingly, e.g. to "2024/01/01 - 2024/03/31" to report data from Q1, then again for Q2 and so on. This is tedious from user perspective.

  10. Ability to see Fire Marshalls & First Aiders at other locations in the search - not just home location. Some of our sites have multiple buildings/locations and we need to be able to search for first aiders across all buildings, not just our default location. Also, can we please have the ability to rename "Fire Marshall" to "fire or emergency warden"

  11. I would like to suggest adding a setting in Condeco that sends automated reminders to individuals responsible for adding equipment, changing rooms, etc. or something similar.

    This feature would function similarly to the "bump" emails sent for desk check-ins, helping those responsible for room setups by notifying them of bookings, rather than requiring constant manual checks of meeting spaces.

  12. We have enabled Condeco already in 12 countries and more are coming. Especially in countries where you have a Workers Council in place it is mandatory to support the local language. There we are requesting in a first step to support Czech Language, starting by the Webinterface and then also all of the other platforms. It is currently only tolerated by the Workers Council to rollout Condeco without the support of their Czech Language, expectation is, that this will be support in the near future.

  14. In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

  16. It would be desirable to include the roles of the user in the personal spaces booking grid. So that in emergencies you could see directly in the booking grid whether a First Aider or Fire Marshal is on site and you could also see directly where they are sitting. It would be nice to use the same icons that appear in the user management as soon as you have selected and saved these roles.

  17. Hello, I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the filtering options within Condeco. Specifically, it would be highly beneficial to have a filter that allows users to distinguish between active and non-active items, not only for Catering Services but for all items within the platform.
    Currently, the lack of such a filter makes it challenging to efficiently manage and navigate through the various items. Implementing this feature would streamline our workflow, improve user experience, and enhance overall productivity.
    Could you please consider adding this functionality to Condeco? Your prompt attention to this request would be greatly appreciated.

  18. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to set the time period yourself or to click on several roles. If possible, please change this in the future so that you can also look into the past if necessary.

  20. this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..
