Flexi Desk Booking - Option To NOT Release Desk
The autocheckin API endpoint supports Flexi and Bookable type desk bookings. It does NOT support FIXED desk bookings. We would like the option to create flexi bookings for Executives but if they don't show up, we want the desk/office to NOT release. This way we can still use the API endpoint to check him in AND if the space isn't released if he/she does not show up.

When booking personal areas, you can immediately see whether it is a Single Office, Double Office, Open Space, or at least open the map view
When booking personal areas, you can immediately see whether it is a Single Office, Double Office, Open Space, or at least open the map view in a separate window.
If the confirmation email contained a calendar entry with the booking, displayed as free, all day, that would be great!

Book a different desk for each day for whole week
Would be great to have an option to choose how I want to book a desk for a week. Currently, if you try to search for a desk for whole week, it will search a single desk that will be available for all of those dates. Would be good to have a possibility to change that to choose a specific desk for each day (include a calendar in Floor Map) to quickly navigate through the dates and choose a desk from a map.Add those desk "in cart" and then confirm all those bookings in single click. Allow an option to use Active Directory to set up YourTeam initially so that you don't need to type names, as in, "Put in MyTeam anyone who reports to me". Continue to allow removing names or adding names to YourTeam, but use this as an optional starting point.

YourTeam allows a max of 25 team members to be added (maybe this is configurable). Even if it can be expanded, a large list would be more usable if you could categorize each team member in a flexible way. For example, in a role ("Show me where all my PMs are seated"), or in a project ("Show me where all my ERP project people are seated"), or by organization ("Show me where my boss and their bosses are seated").

Additional field company in user profile
user profile should be filled with the data "company" in case users are from a company with different subsidiaries .
Field should be filled via SCIM automatically. User can see this field in his own profile but only an admin is able to change this data.

Equipment mailbox integration with "Add to your Outlook Calendar" unchecked
Can the equipment integration continue to be supported when "Add to your Outlook calendar" is unchecked in Condeco Web?
We have a team that manages room bookings within the business who exclusively use Condeco Web.
While the "Add to your Outlook calendar" makes sense for individuals managing their own bookings it is clearly not applicable for our booking team to have hundreds of is meetings in their personal calendars that they have booked on behalf of others.
Therefore, by default, the team uncheck "Add to your Outlook calendar" (as Admins the default state of this is unchecked)Support has verified…
