It's about configuration of meeting reminders. Currently, users are required to manually set this option for each booking. Would like the possibility for admins to configure it at organization level (for every rooms, users and bookings)

In office schedule showing attendance over the past week, month and year
Make it easier for users to view their past attendance over the past week, month, year by adding this to the top of the in office schedule view. At the moment users have to manually count the number of days they've attended the office and can't view the information at a glance. Import absence data from HRMS system and allow assigned desks to become bookable
We would like to be able to import upcoming employee absence data from our HRMS system to automatically free any assigned personal spaces and make them bookable in the system.

Populate user profile with user data from Single Sign On dialogue
As part of the single sign-on dialogue the first name, last name and email of the user is sent to Condeco. Currently Condeco does not use the information to populate a new user's profile. Auto-populating the profile would improve data integrity by reducing the chance that the user mistakenly or purposely enters the wrong data.

Desk Booking - Ability to have desks as 'Not Bookable'
We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

Hi there we are trying to have people be accountable for their own desk bookings and with the app team booking function we noticed that even if people use this option when it is generated in our reports it comes up with external user and not the names of the actual people in the team? Will the booking diagram show the persons initials once they accept the team day? If not how can we have that fixed so it appropriately reflects who is sitting where on what day?

Disable pinch to zoom on kiosks
Our kiosks are often left by users in a zoomed in state that makes them appear non-functional - this is easily solved just by zooming out. Could this be disabled somehow - either in Chrome or in the Kiosk web page?

Card Registration status field in Basic User Report
Enable an additional field in the basic user report to show status of card registration - e.g. registered/ not registered. This could then be used in support of card registration campaigns or other initiatives to promote use of the cards rather than pins within Condeco

Please check the implementation of "Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'". The selectable timeframes only make sense to a certain extend as they always refer to the start of a respective group's check-in time.
This leads to the following behaviour:
If a group has a check-in period starting at 6 am, the booking reminder would either pop up at (depending on the ICS reminder setting provided in the brackets)
5.45 am (15 minutes)
5.30 am (30 minutes)
5 am (1 hour)
4 am (2 hours)
6 am the day before (24 hours)

Booking grid 'Group' to display Meeting Rooms first
With the booking grid, is there any way that the Group could default to meeting rooms rather than Car Parking? I'm sure that the majority of us utilise the meeting room functionality a lot mor than the car parking.

At the moment, emails send when booking from the web app or the O365 add-in are not the same. User experience should be the same across the application (Web, iOS, Outlook).
Same email HTML editable emails should be use for all bookings .
