As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group.   3. When selecting other rooms for multi-office bookings, you need to manually select the country and region. It would make it more usable if these could be set as a default either on a user or other basis.

  6. It should be possible to limit and delimit resources over time. Example 1: We opened a new team space at the end of 2023 and added 1 room with 3 desks from another team space to this new team space. If I now analyse last year's booking data, these 3 desks have already been assigned to this new team space for the entire last year, even though this team space did not even exist until November 2023.   9. Add the ability for same day (ad-hoc) desk bookings not to count towards overall booking limit.

    We currently have it set to 3 days per week, but this restricts flexibility if staff want to attend the office additional days.

  11. Could there be reminder prompts that could be enabled / disabled in the Condeco web portal to remind users who have not registered their cards when they log on to the web portal. Could these also be used to promote use of the app.

  14. Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date.   15. The default file type of Excel report export files should be changed to .xlsx because the .xls file type will no longer be fully supported under Windows 11 as Microsoft itself considers .xls files as "not secure".

  17. Resource Management Request to enable configuration of multiple closing periods per resource :
    that for resources multiple closing periods can be setup / configured and recurrently being open / closed according to setup : like montly maintenance for which resources need to be closed

  18. User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)
