  1. when booking via the web we should be able to also automatically include the technology. it works in outlook as well as the mobile app. it would make sense that when booking via the web it would invite the MTR especially since the MTR email address is added in the resource which is ON the web

  3. Once a location is closed they should disappear from the drop down under groups as well as resources page. Its too busy no need to view buildings or resources which are closed. we can't delete our buildings just yet but don't need to see the groups. or maybe add the closed groups in a different location

  4. Roll out new view of 'Book on behalf of' to also include the booking grid, not just 'book a personal space' tab. Feels disjointed that only one screen has the new view!

  7. Some offices look to book for a rolling monthly booking calendar. It will be excellent to see if we can send reminder when the bookings open for each month.

  8. Several places will have a certain number of slots for parking at the office and it would be great if one could tick off when the car space is needed when booking the seat. If there isn't a slot, then you should get a message saying that it is over the limit that day.

  9. Current functionality only allows to set a maximum of slots per week or month. Suggest adding the ability to set a maximum of slots per day. Users are currently only coming to the office once but are booking multiple desks on the same day for their colleagues

  10. When searching for open rooms in the Outlook add-in, you can only select one building (unlike the web where you can select multiple buildings). It would be helpful to be able to select multiple buildings since a business or campus may have multiple buildings in the same city that are physically close to each other.

  11. It's about configuration of meeting reminders. Currently, users are required to manually set this option for each booking. Would like the possibility for admins to configure it at organization level (for every rooms, users and bookings)

  16. As part of the single sign-on dialogue the first name, last name and email of the user is sent to Condeco. Currently Condeco does not use the information to populate a new user's profile. Auto-populating the profile would improve data integrity by reducing the chance that the user mistakenly or purposely enters the wrong data.

We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

Hi there we are trying to have people be accountable for their own desk bookings and with the app team booking function we noticed that even if people use this option when it is generated in our reports it comes up with external user and not the names of the actual people in the team? Will the booking diagram show the persons initials once they accept the team day? If not how can we have that fixed so it appropriately reflects who is sitting where on what day?
