  1. In Condeco reporting need to expose the UPN of the conference room for enhanced reporting and analysis with Teams Room data.. Please expose the UserPrincipalName of the Conference Rooms in the Condeco Reporting.

  4. Can the equipment integration continue to be supported when "Add to your Outlook calendar" is unchecked in Condeco Web?

    We have a team that manages room bookings within the business who exclusively use Condeco Web.

    While the "Add to your Outlook calendar" makes sense for individuals managing their own bookings it is clearly not applicable for our booking team to have hundreds of is meetings in their personal calendars that they have booked on behalf of others.
    Therefore, by default, the team uncheck "Add to your Outlook calendar" (as Admins the default state of this is unchecked)

  5. Assign a customized message when user books a personal space. In our use case, we want a customized message to appear for offices when being booked that certain requirements have to be met.

  6. Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks

  8. We now understand that the self-healing functionality of the calendaring is only for the Outlook Plugin, we would like to make sure the self-healing of the meeting Calanders extends to the web portal for booking rooms as well.

  10. Skip "you've been logged out" screen, and try logging in automatically. When it logs aout automaticly, it is really hard to log in agian. If we cilck on the "log in again" in the middle of the screen, nothing happens.

  11. Occupancy by meeting room in advanced analytics. Would like to be able to click on any individual meeting room and see the occupancy for that room for a defined time period such as day, week, month, variable time frame.

  12. We have noticed that some functionalities available on the WebPortal are not available on Mobile App and/or Outlook add-in.
    Example: Booking Desks for external person is available on the webportal only or Outlook add-in doesn't have the possibility to search room with more than one setup available etc.
    Would it be possible to do an effort to equalise functionalities across platforms? As it is causing limitations to use handful features.

  17. Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.

    It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.

    The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

  18. On the booking grid when the time of the booking is over you cannot extent the booking any more. it is important to be able to extend it even if the booking is considered in the past as many times we need to give them more time and there is no other way to block the space other than booking a whole new booking all over again.

  19. Show visitor's name ( when registering them ) that have been here in the past so we can choose "autofill" and this way we could see the previous host and all other details. This could speed up the prosses so much and help us find details that people usually do not remember. ( They usually give us random names other than the host and this delays everyone. Also creates confusion.
    Some other times we do not get an answer back from the host and it would be nice to ask if the second host that is on the system could…
